I was thinking about going back to do my taxes here now in 2025. But after the reviews I just read nevermin..i guess i was one of the persons that got scam here too... 1st time I went it was a great experience. Got money back on a 10-99 form. Crazy right... the following year i got scam. I was supposed to get my money deposited to my account and it never happened. Called the IRS and it turns out they had a different amount on the return $ than what I had. So because the return was different I wasn't able to get my money.. I went back so that they could fix it. They just gave me the run around.. never got my money for that year... I found out about this place years ago on the Don Cheto...

Unpleasant experience. Please save yourself from frustration. Girls in the front talk about inappropriate things in front of clients. I had to ask for a receipt 3 times for the money I paid, Valentine didn't return or answer my texts after I paid and when he finally called he gave excuses, I finally got fed up of the b.s and walked in there and spoke to Alex(manager) and got excuses as to why it took so long to get a copy. They all cover up for their incompetence. Never going back...
