Bad experience with them, I was a customer with Star World. Bought a couch with them, couch was damaged called to make a claim in 2019. Was given the run around for 6 months then 2020 hit and they blamed the pandemic. When they finally allowed tech visits, they said they were moving to another local on Pacific but they'd still help me. The help never came as their store cleared out for moving & they said lauging, "what are we going to replace your couch with." (Pretty Rude)... I visited their new store. Manager (former Star World Manager" said they were star world, but when I brought up my issue he claimed they now aren't and sent me on my way. But yet they have Star World merchandise, branding, & even Star World employees. The Star World website brings you here. They even have the same hours of operation. I mean World=Mundo. So I came back and stated my case, after all that they finally found me on file (so much for not being Star World) and they said they would help me and wouldn't leave out to dry I got excited since I've been waiting since 2019. Fast forward, I get a call on 01/04/21 saying there is no record of insurance and that there is nothing they can do. When a few weeks ago they said they found my insurance and all the notes left by Star World emoloyees. They even promised they'd help me get store credit/gift card for a replacement (lies). Don't believe the 5 star reviews (seem like reviews written by employees), look at all the negative reviews for Star World to get a clue. Wanted to file a claim with BBB but they don't even pop up. Will figure out a way because I got cheated out of the money I paid for insurance and I'm left with a torn couch and a bad taste in my mouth. Read moreI want to thank Mundo Click for allowing us to get our fridge, stove, washer and dryer to out new home. It is very affordable and very great customer service was provided. Very nice people to work with they help you out to make sure you can get everything you need without having to do much so im so greatful to have gone there then anywhere else. Here is two pictures of my appliances that i got even my fridge still has the plastic on it but everything is brand new works perfectly fine. If ever have a problem I can always contact them and they will take care of it. The payments are very flexible they work with us and always there to assist with any questions or concerns that we have. I want to thank them so much for being so amazing with the customers and making us feel like we were at home when trying to figure out what appliances were more affordable to us but they offer serveral opinions and work with you till the end so everything works out good. I highly recommend this place to all friends and family to get their appliances there as well without having to get to a situation where you can get cant pay for what you're...

Purchased a vanity, it was delivered and assembled and there were damages. Let the lady at the store know that there were damages and she said she would not have a problem replacing it. A month later a new one was delivered and the drawers did not open properly. A video was sent to the lady at the store and she said she would be issuing a partial refund. After having numerous issues with the vanity and expressing my concerns the lady at the store, she stopped responding. She was probably hoping that the issue would just be dropped and she would not have to deal with it anymore. This is terrible...
