Overall excellent store, excellent service, and good fair prices! However to the store owner I have a message/bright idea for your company! I'm going on 35 years old and the store has been in the same place my whole life. I think it's high time for expansion of your company. The old big bear/harbor freight building in ceredo is now available and in my opinion will be excellent place to put your store. Additionally I'd like to offer two pieces of advice that in my opinion will increase your sales greater. Firstly, offer more women's products pants, shirts, boots/shoes accessories etc. secondly as it stands nowadays people are of a different mindset, not me but a lot of people are, and most likely I'm sure there are those who refuse to shop at your store simply because they view the name as sexist. So if you changed the name of the store to encompass all workers then perhaps your sales will increase Greatly. Perhaps the name The Working Store, or The Workers Store? ONLY retail store I have ever been to that does not accept returns even with a tag and a receipt. I wore my clothes one time, they did not fit and were itchy and uncomfortable, but was told that because I had worn them even once that they could not be restocked and thus could not be returned. Although, I'm sure the idea of losing money had something to do with it as well. Terms of service should be explicitly stated at checkout or printed on the reciept, like every other retail store, so people don't waste their money and time on returning ill fitting clothes. They are very RUDE to people if you do not look a certain way, Money is what you better look like. I went in and was looking for work boots for a Christmas present and I was treated like a BUM.
