Everyone that works for Grainger is extremely nice!! It must be a requirement to work there or something. Lol. But no joke. They are so very nice and have helped me my water pump issues several times now. If the person that is taking care of you at the time can't help you out, then they will find someone who can. This is one store if you're in a hurry you might as well drive an hour to Charlestons location other wise you'll be standing around for about an hour before you get any help and 99% of the time they have to order parts which again no ones in a hurry...
