Xavier missed the mark today Tatiana was somewhat OK. Xavier is excessive and intrusive when women are trying on clothes. He knocks on the door at least five times interrupting you and not letting you focus on whether or not you like what you’re trying on. Could you please keep this man in the cowboy hat away from the dressing room when a woman is trying on clothing ????? It is very disappointing and I feel like my privacy was invaded. It did not feel like a safe and inclusive environment at all.

I’ve been looking at some clothes on your website for a while and finally had a day off from work to come in and try on the clothes I’ve been looking at online …..clearly the cowboy hat guy prefers sales to happen online and not in the retail store by the way he constantly knocks on the door, interrupting people. He was being very intrusive.

I can count five times between Xavier and Tatiana were they kept asking me how I was doing.

Also, you really charge so much for your clothes that it’s absurd that you don’t even offer a bathroom to your customers so they can stay there and shop longer.

I mean how in the world is a customer supposed to say… “stop knocking on the dressing room door” to the retail people that work there. How am I supposed to say that without them getting offended and then I don’t get to...

I went in toward the evening on Saturday and Vanessa gave me the BEST customer service I have had at a retail store in years!! I likely would have looked at a couple of pieces and given up because shopping can take an effort I don’t like to give. She listened to my preferences, which can be very particular, found me something to try on and from there she was back and forth finding me item after item that fit in the preferences of what I was looking for (most of the time brining them straight to me at the fitting room so I could just keep trying things on without going back and forth). She was so on point, and clearly knows her store well because she would go straight to a section, browse the rack a moment, and bring me another item. She saved me a ton of time and found exactly what I was looking for. In fact, I bought 2 different styles because I absolutely loved all of what she brought me and they matched the preferences I had completely. I usually don’t get so lucky! I am so grateful Vanessa took her time to help me and knew her store so well. I guarantee I would not have found these on my own and would have left empty handed. The workers here are wonderful and this review is not reflecting them at all. However, the products are now made cheap just like everything else. But the price is higher with cheaper made products. I have been wearing buckle jeans since my early teens. I have had weight fluctuations my whole life so sometimes I'm a little heavier sometimes I'm thin. That's why I buy buckle, the denim material they USED to use would last forever. While Target, Walmart (other brands) my thighs would wear a hole overtime. I bought multiple pairs of jeans 12/23/24, and 12/30/24. Spent alot of money. One of my favorite pairs has a hole in the thigh area and one of the belt loops broke. This never happens, which is why I threw away my receipt because, I fully trusted buckle products. I'm very disappointed because I wasted money for no reason, I should have bought my jeans from Target or Walmart. Smaller price tag for the same quality. Sorry Buckle but you have lost a...
