Melbourne Place — Restaurant in Hurst

I know this place for few years but in my last visit I saw few issues that are important .and we have to very aware in safety ...especially in food... The server was using gloves but she was touching everything even rinsing the towel that she was using to clean the tables and after that she was doing her job attending the costumers but for the whole time she was using the same gloves. This is very obvious that she was Contaminating all what she was touching. The Simeon mall app map is NOT accurate. I looked for the most direct way to get to stores I wanted to go to. Needing to avoid stairs. I should have taken my direction from Macy's, but the app showed from Dillard's. By the time I found the store, I was so worn out. I could no longer walk. I had to ask security for help. This was a good place before, but not so much anymore. They dont have coconut shrimp anymore, which was the only thing my kids really liked. So now the kids complain when we go here.
