Couple things, I didn’t get agreed when I walked into the store and i’m super cool with that, what is not correct is not crossing any word with the costumer except for trying to take the clothes away from INSIDE of the fitting room. Nobody asked me if i where looking for something specific, any size, nothing… I took 4 clothes with me, asked the 2 ladies in front if that was ok and if they wanted to check the clothes before I tried them on, they just said NO, then after couple minutes in the fitting room one of the ladies asked “ Hey girl is everything okay?” “ Can i take some clothes away from you that didn’t work out? What is that? I have never ever been asked that not even in VS where you can try Panties and Bras so of course i feel disrespected and discriminated cuz Fun Fact i had a Pink bag with me and im Mexican so if that was the problem or maybe my outfit that it was sweats and a sweater, idk. I love shopping at Francesca’s, this was the first and last time I’m going here to return an item. I’ve never returned anything before at Francesca’s. I bought this sweater that has stitched flowers that came out from washing once. The lady that was in charge was one of the rudest people I’ve met. She had no customer service manners. The second she stepped in she started accusing me of not washing it right and that the sweater changed colors for some reason? It’s literally a white sweater there is nothing wrong with the color in the first place, the flowers are the reason I’m returning it. She clearly didn’t care about the way she was talking to me and told me this is the last time she’s doing this for me, while being passive aggressive. If I could give this store less than one star I would. I was in the store this evening 12/18/17. I was in a hurry and politely asked if one of the girls on the floor could ring up my items. The girl running the register was taking her time and being very helpful with the customer in line before me. I actually thought that was very lovely and kind. Clearly she cared about the customer. When I asked the girl on the floor if she would ring me to because I was in a hurry she said "why she's almost done?". Then watched as I sat in line for several more minutes. I sat so long, I gave up. I left my almost $80 purchase and walked out. Every other I store in the mall had multiple people working the register. Clearly it's a busy time of year.
