My husband and my two young children and I came to the store knowing exactly what we wanted so I knew it shouldn’t take too long. We were greeted after a few minutes while Jim was talking to other customers that were already there. When he came to us we were the only ones in the store. We told him exactly what we wanted and even picked it out in the book they had in-store. Soon after a caucasian family walked in he greeted them immediately and told us “hey let me help these folks really quick” we waited and waited while he stood there talking to this other family. I asked my husband “so he’s just going to help them while we stand here and not come back?” Im 7 months pregnant so I really didn’t want to stand there for too long. We knew what we wanted so why couldn’t he just finish up with us so that we could be on our way? I know that when other customers come in it’s only right to greet them but he just totally ignored us after they walked in and never came back to us. You know it’s wrong when your child asks “mommy why did he stop talking to us?” I was ready to just take my money/business elsewhere then a woman came out and spoke to us and got us together. I really was about to tell him how rude he was and how I felt however with me being 7 months pregnant I didn’t even want to waste my energy. Customer service is EVERYTHING to me and if I have a bad experience then that’s it. My mom and 2 sisters were looking for a place to buy a mattress/bed set this won’t be the place that I will recommend for them. I don’t want them to see the difference in service because we...

This place deserves 10 stars. They have a great range of things on display and can get you anything you may need from local people for a far better price than anyone. The staff is very friendly, experienced, kind, and will help you with any and everything you need. They give you the best price available, also have financing options available. Unlike the big retailers who try to trick into buying everything in the store, this place will get you what you wanted when you walked through the door. They treat you like family not like a dollar sign. I always drove by this place and I regret not stopping sooner. I recommend stopping by, go inside see for yourself the many items on display like the beanbag that turns into a mattress the many different types of mattresses and bed frames and so much more, they are the only place I know that sells water beds! If you don't see anything you like browse the cotologs in store they have everything you can imagine or let them know and they can help find it on the computer. Not only are the prices the best in town but your getting great quality stuff not like the cheap things off temu. They also offer delivery and assembly for a small fee. This place is really a one stop shop for all your needs from beds to sheets anything you can dream, all around this place is amazing and the experience when shopping here is truly heavenly. My experience at this lovely little furniture store was amazing all of the staff are super friendly the environment is calming and very relaxing they have a really amazing furniture for a really great price I've never felt so at home in a store I'm very happy I decided to purchase here they have great quality and they value all of their customers and treat them just like family if I had to recommend any shop for furniture I would most definitely recommend Heavenly sleep if you are looking for great quality in a family-owned friendly environment this is definitely the place to go I will most definitely buy the rest of my furniture here.
