Crumbl — Restaurant in Hurst

If I could give no star I would I ordered a dozen cookies I did not get my order I received a four pack as seen in picture. How that happened I don’t know well I do the person delivered it did it on purpose. I called the store spoke to an inexperienced team lead Jasmine I believe that had no clue how to handle this situation. I had to tell her how to do her job. After almost an hour on the phone she claims she re sent my order to delivery the next day but it was never re delivered. I called the store again she tells the inexperienced team that I need to call Door Dash what a joke. I said no that’s not my problem that’s her problem I want my money she then stated oh my phone is blanking out. On a landline REALLY. I had to call back of course the manager Angela is not there but Jasmine said that Angela said since the cookies showed delivered I was not getting a refund. I asked for proof of delivery a photo just like the proof of delivery on this order she said that she doesn’t not have it. I never got any notice or anything confirmation of a re delivery. I think she may have scammed the order. I’m not going to be out my money and my order. I asked for the District manager she said it’s Angela I said I need the Regional manager Jasmine put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Please beware of this store they seem to be scamming orders and basically scamming customers money. I will not let this go someone is going to give...

So I'm halfway a Crumbl Cookie fan. Although, their cookies are not always consistent and good all of the time. It's like a hit or miss whether the cookie is baked completely, and sometimes the workers are lazy and do not put out the expected quality when finishing the cookies. However, it's decent enough to keep me coming back and trying new locations. Of course, I'm subscribed to the social media platforms and know when new stores are opening in my area. I received the blast about this store's opening with free chocolate chip cookies. We wait in the long line, like everyone else. When we get to the front, suddenly there are no free cookies. The cashier who had just arrived asked the manager about what I was talking about. The manager looked at me and my black children and shook his head, no. So I ordered or cookies and left. However, upon leaving, my child heard them say to customers after us that their system was just slow. Somehow, it magically started working after we left. I do not like that sort of discrimination from a place where I spend a great deal of money for mediocre...

Cookie Heaven in a Box!

I thought I knew what true happiness was—then I walked into Crumbl Cookies. This isn’t just a cookie; it’s a spiritual experience. The first bite sent me straight to the land of delight, where sugar and butter reign supreme.

I tried the strawberry cake, and let me tell you, it wasn’t just a cookie, it was a moment. I almost cried—if you’ve ever seen a grown adult tear up over dessert, now you have.

The Chocolate Covered Strawberry cookie? Absolutely mind-blowing. I felt like I was in a rom-com montage where the cookies are the love interest and I am the happily-ever-after.

And don’t even get me started on the Molten Lava—I’m not saying this cookie is the key to world peace, but I am 100% sure that if everyone ate one of these, we’d all be best friends.

10/10 would recommend. Do yourself a favor and go immediately. Your taste buds will thank you, and you might just start a new cookie obsession.
