The store experience could have been handled better, but their online orders are atrocious. Three times now we have ordered online for pick up at different stores and so far we have not had success without 30 minutes of calling and store members conversing to figure out the problem. The customer service was not awful but feel like the manager who walked by witnessing the problem could have stopped and assisted, perhaps even called their own company to help work the process faster rather than having us call and act as a middle man between them all. When he gave it to me the pendants were not on it because it was gonna take a day to put them on and he wanted to give it all to me on months day.
