I went environment, but as soon as I walked in, one of the store associates began to follow me a 16 yr old black teen and my friend who is also Mexican. she followed us around the entire store and even when I asked about how the sizing work she answered in a rude tone. i grabbed for tops 2 of each color and different sizes. when I grabbed them she immediately asked to take and hold for me. when we went to the dressing rooms i asked to be in the same as my friend as one does. and she said she's "not allowed to do so" in such a condescending manner. when she showed me my dressing room she repeatedly counted my items before she left me in the room. as i was in the room changing i hear her call for "back up" profiling us as two teens one black one Latina stealing and she needed help right away. then i was enraged so i bought the $30 dollar tank top just to spite her. because who is she to assume because the color of my skin i came to steal. screw her and earth bound no one i know will be shopping here...
Read moreI recently visited Earthbound at the North East Mall while I was in town for a funeral, and I had the most incredible customer service experience with Jessica. As someone from out of state, I hadn’t been to an Earthbound in years, and it’s one of my favorite stores.
