I was so disappointed with our experience. I would give zero stars if possible. If you are using them for a wedding, my advice is to be careful if you are choosing to use this location. We went to Men's Warehouse for our wedding. We wanted to rent tuxes for the groomsmen & groom. My husband & I went in months before our wedding, picked out a great tux for him & groomsmen. My husband was able to try on the tux (which other Men's Warehouses would not let my husband try on the tux bc he was "renting" it and you can only try them on when you pick them up), so we were both happy that he was actually able to try the tux on. My husband is 6'6 & very lean with broad shoulders. He wears a size 34XL in pants, he's got a small waist & long legs! The pants he tried on were too short (34L), but the lady assisting us assured us that they would order him the correct size, since his size wasn't at the store. I was very nervous because of my husband's physique. It's difficult for us to find pants long enough for him because he's a 34XL. The lady kept reassuring us that they would have the correct size come the day of pickup. If you rent, you can only pick up two days before the event. This made me nervous because our wedding was out of town & we would be leaving two days before our wedding to get to the venue. I explained this to to lady & she said if the tux is wrong on pick up day, they will overnight the correct one to a location near the venue. We asked if there was any way we could try the tux on a few days before pick up but she said we couldn't We left, but my husband went back a few weeks later to ask if he could be measured again because he wanted to make sure they had his size correct. They said they wouldn't measure him again, they could tell just by looking that the size they had ordered would be fine. Two days before our wedding, the day we were leaving to our venue, we went to pick up his tux & as we feared, the tux was wrong. They had order a 34 Regular. The pants looked ridiculous on my husband, coming up well above his ankle & almost to his knee when he sat down. The sleeves were too short. The shirt was not the same one he tried on, but a very baggy, cheap shirt. It puffed out of his vest, but that was the least of our worries with how his pants looked. There was a different lady assisting us & she was even baffled. She said there was no excuse, they clearly messed up ordering a regular. She said they would order the correct suit, but it wouldn't arrive until the day of our wedding, they couldn't overnight it like they had said before. I told her that was unacceptable because our wedding was out of town & we couldn't stress about that the day of the wedding. We were too nervous something could happen with shipping & then he wouldn't have anything to wear the day he gets married. She asked the manager what to do. The manager said the tailor on duty would take out the pants and jacket. While they worked on the tux, the manager said, "Grooms normally buy a tux to customize it so this doesn't happen. Rented tuxs are made to fit the average guy, & grooms want to look good on their wedding day, so they get their own." I was so annoyed because it felt like he was telling us it was our fault for not purchasing a tux when they ordered the wrong one. We were already paying $200 to rent it & 3 of the groomsmen were doing the same. I think we spent enough money to get the tux correct. The tailor brought out the pants and jacket but the pants were still too short. They were taken out as much as she could, so they couldn't get any longer. I was upset because where the pants & coat were taken out, there very sharp creases where the seams once were. I know this is ridiculous to be upset about but it could have been prevented and everything was short on him already. My husband ended up buying longer pants & a better fitting shirt from another store because he didn't like the way he looked with the one they ordered. He looked great on our wedding day, but it was still upsetting the was we were treated for...
Read moreI venture into this Men's Wearhouse to get fitted for my friend's upcoming wedding. Their were only 3 associates working at the time a male in the front of the store and a male and female in the back of the store. When I walked in the store no one greeted me or offered to help me. It was fine becuase I could see all the associates were with clients. I go to the back of the store and waited. The female associate had a client at her counter, she walked passed me to go to the front of the store and then walked back pass me never once acknowledging my present. The male associate was inputting information into the computer with no one in front of him, not once did he acknowledge me or asked how he can help. I waited over 5 minutes to be acknowledged. After the male associate finish inputting information into the computer he went to the back and checked on the customer he was working with. After he finished with his customer, he finally acknowledged me by say "How can I help you" not in a personable tone or manner. I told him I was there to get fitted for a wedding, he hands me a clipboard and tells me to fill the highlighted information out and walks away. Before he walks away I polite tell him that should acknowledge people stand right in front of him I even state I know you're short staff but next just say "Hi thank you for your patience someone will be with you shortly." He just look at me and said "Okay" and continued to walk away. Upon measuring me he just gave me directions and didn't state what he was measuring for or tell me any of my measuring. I went to the dressing room to try on the suit he provided for me and when I come out of the dressing room I had to wait 30sec to a minute for him to finish talking to the associate.at the front of the store to come back and help me. After I was finished being measure he checked me out and I paid. Before I left I had to ask the associate his name and he state Ishmael. The store was pretty empty by the time i was leaving. The only person whonhad a customer at the time was the female associate. I didnt get a "Bye", "Thank You for coming in", no acknowledge. I had been in a numerous amounts of Men's Wearhouse stores in different states, cities, and towns. I have never felt less of a person when dealing with the associates of this Men's Wearhouse. Nobody was personable or friendly. The staff was not helpful and didn't make me feel like they want my business. Customer Service is an essential part of their job I understand being short staff or being busy. It takes nothing to be kind and address people in a friendly manner. It would do them well to remember it might be there 100th customer of the day but this is my be first...
Read moreI will NEVER use this location again. Per my last review, we had a rough time getting our order correct. It took multiple trips to this store, a trip to a different location, and multiple calls to the store to get everything worked out. When we went to pick up our rental, my husbandâs shirt didnât fit well despite trying on tester shirts originally. (Reminder: Always try on the suit or tux when you pick it up!) Since it was for our wedding, he wanted a shirt that fit correctly, and the employee pushed back on fixing the issue. It did get resolved, and he was able to get a shirt that fit. It shouldnât have been an issue. They should have tried to fix it immediately. Not a fan of this store.
Original review: Overall poor service! I had an appointment last week, and once arrived, I was told they don't honor appointments. When the manager, Shonda, arrived, she made sure we were serviced before the walk ins. Thankfully, she cared about her customers. However, the associate that helped us didn't put the order in the system correctly and didn't tell us that one of our choices of ties is no longer available. I went back today to fix our order, and this is when I found out that the tie isn't actually an option. All of these ties that are no longer available are still on the floor for people to choose. None of the associates seemed to know that we couldn't get the tie, only today's manager (different from last weekend). Pretty frustrated with the service we received from this store.
Update: My order was still incorrect after going to this store twice. I went to the Hulen store yesterday to fix the issues still present. The tie issue was cleared up - the manager at the Hurst location was wrong, and the ties are actually still available. (Some stripped ties aren't available anymore, but the one I had chosen originally was still available.) The Hulen store gets 5 stars for cleaning up...
