Terrible experience literally 5 minutes ago. I asked for help getting jewelry out, and BRANDY screamed at another employee and told her to help me, because quote “I’m in the middle of clocking out and they’re still trying to bother me.” IN FRONT OF ME. She was standing there yelling and complaining about her job, and as she walked away with no contact with me said she might not even come back. In this case I really hope she doesn’t. The associate who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional, acting as if the refund was coming out of her own pocket. For context, I had ordered several costumes online and simply chose to keep the one with the best quality and fit.
