I am not one to leave a bad review. I never have. But I’m so disappointed in this shop. I went to leave a review on Facebook and they didn’t have that option. Not surprised.

I bought a pink headboard that said “comes with matching frame” from this shop. When I went to pick it up it was bright teal … the headboard was pink. So I simply said “are we sure this is the correct frame” and she (the worker was very kind) called the owner to ask. I was told “once the mattress is on there you won’t even notice. Not the point. Additionally- the headboard was damaged when they moved it back to the holding area. I asked if they planned on discounting and giving me some money back because of the damage. I was then told it was cheap enough, they’d give me some paint and I could “repair it myself”. I gave them multiple chances to make it right and I was dismissed. I was very kind the entire time and I was taken advantage of. Terrible service and very disappointing. A small discount / money back on this damaged item would have costed a lot less than a bad...

We bought an $800 dining room table set with six chairs when we moved into our new place in IF. We brought the set home, and the paint on the tabletop chipped on the first night. Since the store doesn't accept refunds, I contacted them. Instead of refunding the money, they gave me a repair kit, which included paint and more clear coat (a chore). I followed their recommended instructions, and now the chipping on the tabletop is accelerated. I've had the table for 3 months. I can only imagine what it is going to look like in 3 years. On top of that, every chair is wobbly, and one of the chairs had been glued back together, rather poorly I might add. For the money, I would have expected so...

The seletion was ok, just like any other shop thrifting and flipping furniture with fresh paint and new hardware, displays looked nice. Was pretty disturbing to not once have anyone that worked there welcome me into the store, ask if I needed help or thank us for coming in when we left. Makes me wonder why…it was not that busy at all. Maybe because I had on gardening clothes and had kiddos with me they assumed I didn’t have money to spend-wrong and their loss. On service alone I won’t ever go back nor recommend this...
