UPDATE - The owner reached out and corrected the issue in fact went above and beyond making sure the issue was fixed. Adjusted my rating back to a 5 star based on resolution.

I have purchased 3 - uwell caliburn devices, 4 -120ml house blends, 2 spare pods, 4 spare coils and 4 - custom flavor salt nics so far. Was told to keep my receipt if I had any issues with the new pod systems that I had 14 days to bring it back and they'd help. The 2nd purchase was done on December 28th and I went in today Jan 3rd because 1 of the 3 units is not working like the others you have to fight it to select which coil you want to use. The lady at the front was very friendly tried changing the coils out to see if that would fix the issue it did not (also emptied my full 4ml tank). She went to the back a few times to talk to the manager about it then finally after 10 to 15 minutes the manager came out front and basically said that they are not going to do anything. If you tell people they have 14 days to return a defective device then turn them away when they bring in one within your set time limit I think that's just bad business keep in mind with just the last 2 purchases I spent $259.00 at this location.
