Had a watch sized here and he took out to many links and although I didn't like it he told me to wear it a couple months to see if I liked it.. I didn't. Took it back and they added a link and after already paying forty five dollars the first time I was there charged me another twenty to fix their mistake.. plus my eight hundred dollar watch is scratched now.. pick any other jeweler in the mall. Id take it to topsies before I went back there

I ordered a necklace and they messaged me within 24 hours saying they need a pic of my i.d. and the card I used to place the order. I thought that was weird but I did it. They shipped my necklace out within 24 hours fed ex and I received it within 48 hours. The wrong necklace was shipped and I notified Junaid. He had me mail it back to him and he mailed the right one back to me. I placed the order on Xmas eve accidents happen. I love my necklace and I will definitely be doing more...

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I bought a necklace for my boyfriend around Christmas time. The necklace breaks, I was told at the time I bought the necklace I could take it back within the first year and it’d get fixed for free. I take the necklace back there to be repaired and they tell me “we never said that”. So, I paid 30 more dollars to get the necklace fixed. We have had it for two days and the necklace broke AGAIN!!!! Waste of your money and...
