i was treated terribly by a staff member here. i came in with my boyfriend to just look at some tops. i found one i liked so i went into the empty changing rooms to try it on. she rudely asked my boyfriend (who was standing outside the rooms holding my stuff) to MOVE, and yelled at me “how many items do you have?!” and i replied one. my boyfriend later told me she huffed, shook her head and rolled her eyes, and proceeded to pull out a tablet and review camera footage of me shopping right outside my dressing room.. the shirt did not fit so i did end up putting it back. but it was very unsettling to come out of my changing room to her watching camera footage of me in front of my boyfriend and outside my changing room and non-verbally accuse me of stealing. i thanked her, put my shirt on the rack and left. there is no signage anywhere stating to ask for employee assistance before using a dressing room, so i had no idea i should do that. the curtains were all open so it looked welcoming. never going back here after how...

Andrea said hi to both of us right away which was a shock because we had went into 4 other stores prior and nobody had greeted us or even said hi or bye. Andrea was quick to help and asked us questions to get more information about the occasion and what we were looking for to gather a few dresses for my sister to try on. She had went through racks of dresses to find the perfect dress. She had given us her thoughts and ideas which we greatly appreciated. She also helped with dressing my pregnant sister who couldnt zip up the dress. She continued to look for more dresses then checked another store to see if they had it in stock. Honestly i was so grateful that andrea works there. She went above and beyond for us and had an amazing uplifting personality that is hard to find. Read moreI spent over $200 here and specifically asked about the return policy on the items I purchased knowing COVID is effecting businesses. I was told that as long as everything was in it’s original new condition with tags attached that I could return it for a full refund. Well, of course, it’s only been 5 days and I go to return a couple pieces of jewelry and a purse that I never used because I found cuter pieces at another store that matched the dress I bought from Windsor.. and was told that I could not return any of them. The manager of this establishment needs to make sure that all of the associates are telling its customers the same information.
