Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Independence

I went to Baskin Robbins to get my children each a scoop of ice cream. My son has severe food allergies and I know places like this are a risk but we have had baskin robins before and they always took great care to give my son a safe scoop of sorbet. Today the employee was going to use the same scoop she used in all of the other ice cream on the advertised ALLERGEN FREE lemon sorbet. I asked if she had another scoop. She said no, she uses the same scoop for all of the ice cream. I explained she can't do that. She is putting people's life at risk. She had an attitude and said she could wash it but if it has already been done the entire sorbet is already contaminated. I was annoyed and tried to explain that to her but she just rolled her eyes and I said you know what.. never mind and left.

Of the 24 flavors they had, 10 were missing. The small mint chocate chip milkshake that we ordered, was only half full, because the server said its because the ice cream is softer than the other icecream and that's why there wasn't a full cup. I asked if they had any of the other flavors and she they were all out. I don't know if it's stocked up in the back, but most of your popular flavors were out. No cones. No caramel syrup, no hot fudge. So them I asked for cappuccino blast, and she didn't know how to make it. I ended up with a small scoop of Baseball Nut, it wasn't even a small scoop. Terrible experiencie Both cashiers were very rude and unprofessional. Look like they don't want to be there and go to work just to make their hours and get the pay check. If they don't want to deal with people look for different job. They didn't have the flavor of chocolate or vanilla the most popular flavor. I know they had but they were to lazy to go get it. Also the place by refrigerator were dirty. Who knows since when they don't clean that. If your guys go there check the counter by where they keep the ice cream...
