Excellent Taste - The Potato Shack — Restaurant in Independence

I have been looking for a place that serves unique baked potatoes for such a long time, and finally, here it is. I passed by seeing a food truck in the side lot of Tractor Supply and couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the potato mascot on the side of the trailer. I immediately pulled into the lot and had to give them a look. Not only do they have SO many options of baked potato's. They have smash burgers, wings, and other sides. The folks running the place couldn't be more welcoming. I stood there in awe about all the options they offer. The first day I stopped, we got the Steak Hibachi potato and the Chicken Tender and MAC potato. Let me tell you, if my momma didn't live so far away, I would've done slapped her because the potatoes were IMMACULATE. I was on the way home to Charlotte, NC from Omaha, Nebraska and wanted some really good wings! I found this to be the best selection, and O did not disappoint it all. From the great customer service, to the authentic conversation about life, and the wings, fries, and sauce was crazy flavorful delicious. Food was absolutely incredible!! My boyfriend and I was actually looking for a different place and stumbled across this , we couldn't be more happy ! Very generous portions of the philly loaded fries that came with a bread stick and soda, definitely worth it ! In addition to such awesome service they also gave back to someone in the community which shows their hearts are in it as if the food didn't say that enough. 12/10...
