If I could give this store zero stars I would. I placed an order online and was told that I would get a call once the order made it to the store to schedule the delivery. I tracked the order and waited a week for someone to call and set up delivery. When no one called I reached out. The employees were very unprofessional talking back and forth to one another and not even talking to me on the phone. He then said oh yeah its here. I asked if I could get delivery scheduled. He said yeah but it will be January 6th which would have been almost 2 weeks away. I said that's fine and we scheduled the delivery. He said I would get a call when the delivery was an hour away. I waited all day and finally called the store at 530pm to find out what happened. I was told that the driver called off and my delivery wasn't coming. I asked when I could expect my delivery and he said he didn't know. So I hung up and called the Plainfield location to see if I could cancel my order and perhaps pick something from that store. I was told that Speedway and plainfield are sister stores and the guy at Speedway shouldn't have said he didn't know when my order would be there. I was told the driver called off because his wife got in a car accident and he had to take care of that. I said I understand things happen but someone could have called or texted and let me know they weren't coming. I asked when I could get this delivered and he said Tuesday because they didn't deliver on Monday. I said ok. I said if it's not going to be delivered can someone please call or text me. And he said I am putting you down now I will put you on the last stop for Tuesday and I promise it will be there. 640pm on Tuesday no one had called or showed so I called Plainfield again the lady that answered was rude and said they didn't deliver from there I will review that separately on their store. Read moreMy daughter purchased a new washer and dryer set. We were told it was going to be delivered Wednesday, December 6th, between 12pm -6pm. At 4 p.m., I called and was told that it was still on the truck and going to be delivered by 7pm. It was a female who told me that and that someone had quit and that's why they were running late. Come 6:30pm..no word yet. I called the store again...and the same girl placed me on hold for 25 minutes. I was already stewing at that point. After 25 minutes on hold, a guy answered, and I explained everything and informed him I had been on hold since 6:30pm, which it was going on 7pm at that point. He said he wasn't sure why she had told me around 4pm that it was still getting delivered because it wasn't even on the truck. So I asked him why she lied and told me that..he said he didn't know. Then said he could have it delivered between 11am-3pm on Thursday, December 7th. Well....2pm came..and my daughter received a call that it would arrive in 20 minutes. 3:30 came..I called the store. They were just loading it on the truck. So another lie. Finally it arrived late..and guess what? The guy hooked it up completely wrong. He put the dryer where the washer was supposed to go and said we needed to get an extender for the vent. Seriously? The dryer door wouldn't even open due the wall. We had to wait til Friday to have a family member fix it correctly. The dryer vent was clearly on the right side and he put the dryer on the left to where it couldn't even be used. Read moreIn February 2021 ordered online a bedroom set from the 4481 Lebanon Pike, Hermitage, TN 37076 location but then my move was delayed to March I called the store and let them know the apartment wasn’t ready and my move was delayed and I would call back when I’m ready for the furniture not once did they tell me anything about my contract starting or my 120 days starting even tho I didnot have the furniture in my home I did call them to tell them I can’t get the furniture at that time so when i finally got the furniture in March a month later I was told my 120 days started when delivered well looking online it says it’s up in June which should be July so when I called I was told it’s because it’s online and they can’t change online I’m highly upset cause they should of told me from day one that even with me not getting the furniture until a month later that my 120 days had started I was lied to and this is not right how does my 120 days start when I don’t even have the furniture it’s a rent to own company I wasn’t renting it until it was delivered to my home in March I was ripped off a month and lied to as well I didnot get the full 120 days like I was told when they delivered I’m not happy with this experience at all on top of things when it was delivered there was no screws for the mirror that sat on the floor bout a week that was they fault also no rails for bed that mattress sat on the floor a week I guess they expected me to already have them when ordering a full bedroom suit I give this experience zero stars be careful ordering online because they not gone tell you that your time starts even without you having the furniture...
