Burlington — Local services in Speedway

This is my first time giving a review to burligton stores, the only reason i giving one star is because i am very dissapoiment. Yesterday me and my 8 years daugther visit this burligton store, like 30 minutes after we arrive my daugther say that she needs to use the restroom very badly, we found 3 workers ( ladies) Chating very close to the restrooms, my daugther run to ask them if she can use the restrooms, my daugther return to me with a sadly face saying that the ladies respond to her that she can't use the restroom, i did not believe that this ladies said that to my daugther and i try to ask them again, i found them chating again ( two of them) and when i ask politely but pointing that daugther extremly needs the restroom right away, they answered the restrooms are closed with any other explanation and they continued talking, and then i proceeded to ask why the restrooms are closed when the store is open whit many custumers inside including kids not to mention that it was hours ahead from closing the store, both ladies look each other and they made fun of me, one of them forced her voice responding that some one messed up with the restrooms, at that moment i was alredy mad i ask for the manager and the same lady with a mocking tone responded, it's me!🥴...What kind of manager is that? What kind of custumer...

Discount department store; tends towards carrying slightly downscale merchandise, but at excellent prices.

Best deals and widest selections are probably in coats, jackets, and shoes. Also good for finding undergarments and basewear; hats; and any other types of clothing.

I went to the registers yesterday and there were only 1 or 2 cashiers and they both looked stressed out because the line was to the back of the store and they were being told to hurry up, that's not very fair of the corporation to do that to there employees, those are people that have feeling that are there to work hard and you are making it easy you need more employees to help the customers you need more cashiers more people for the fiting room, because you don't think about if hey this employees is sick today then ill call Jeff in to do the fitting rooms it not that hard I world love to see some improvements because the store is always a mess and the reason is all your employees are at the registers and Noone is able to clean and this is why you need more workers for the floor not keep the money for the corporation use that money to get...
