Ann Taylor — Local services in Indianapolis

I used Ann Taylor's new stylist service. I cannot say enough good things. It felt like I was shopping with my best friend. They had clothes already selected for me when I walked in (based on information I shared when I made the appointment), they worked with me for about 2 hours (I hadn't shopped in person in a long time) and I walked out feeling set up for success. I have ordered boxes as a busy mom, and I have felt "okay" about those purchases, but these are timeless, the right colors on me, and I can make mini capsule wardrobes with the color sets- it just makes so much sense to come here. Rachel and Ursula were incredible- actually stayed late to help me wrap up and make my purchases.

I realize this may sound wild- I will never forget this night for the rest of my life- Shopping can be fun again as a 36 year old mom of 2 kids?! who knew! And all in 2 hours with no need to wait for...

I don’t like to write negative reviews, however I feel like I have to this time. I am a visitor from out of town staying at a hotel nearby. I needed a dress for a wedding and usually love Ann Taylor’s clothes. I browsed the store while numerous sales people started dressing rooms for others… I was never spoken to or asked if I needed help. Granted, I was in yoga pants and a sweatshirt…. shouldn’t matter… when I said that I needed to try something on, one of the sales people said “there is a wait”… nothing more. I put the clothes I wanted to try on back up and will order online. This is Ann Taylor for heaven’s sake…. not Neiman Marcus…I would add that you never know who you are waiting on (not that it should matter) but it did in...

I’ve been shopping at this location on and off for 10 years now and am so grateful to have a local store that sells women’s business professional clothes. The manager/owner is always super helpful and has saved me multiple times when I need outfits for last minute work/school events. They do a great job stocking a wide range of items while keeping the store organized and pleasant to shop in. I can not understate the value of a local storefront where you can buy a full suit at 8pm to wear the next morning, which is only possible due to them stocking so many colors, fabrics, sizes and fit variations.
