This location is EXTREMELY racist, this is my second time in this store specifically and the first time I came in I had a bad experience, I went into a dressing room that was open and there was no attendants around this girl literally ran in there whispering to another worker did you see what she went in there with, I walked out and asked where she went and showed the two items I went in with. Not ALL AFRICAN AMERICAN people steal! I had already purchased a $200 jacket from here and was bringing it back because it didn’t fit so I wanted to try on a size bigger. I come back today to pick up an online order and get purchased items from here taken it. Mind you I called yesterday and confirmed they take bottoms in at the waist so I’m in the fitting room getting “altered” and the young lady says I don’t think we take in just hem so I advised her I called yesterday and they confirmed they did so she goes and asks another worker who confirms yes they just have to send them in for that so I’m like that’s fine. As I’m getting taken in a “manager” walks over and says we don’t do alternations and taking them in is an alteration so in I’m standing there irritated and confused thinking isn’t a hem also an alternation? So I asked her why are different employees saying different things and she says “I haven’t come to that consensus yet”. Before all this even happened I watched another worker stop a Black woman and her daughter who had just made a purchase because the security system went off on the door, mind you the door had been going off non-stop without patrons coming in or out we all kept looking at the door like why does it keep going off. A few minutes later the door goes off again on a group of non-Black people and the same worker is standing there hanging stuff up and didn’t bother to ask them “can I check your items to make sure a sensor isn’t still attached”. This will be my last time coming to this racist location, I love the brand and will probably continue to order online but this location needs some sensitivity training especially since you employ BLACK people as workers. Stop letting your white-privilege show when you...
Read moreI had a deeply uncomfortable experience at this Lululemon location at Keystone Mall on May 29, 2025. As an Asian customer, I felt I was being treated with suspicion rather than respect.
While I was shopping for my girlfriend, a sales associate approached and asked if I needed help. I politely said I was just browsing. However, she stayed very close and continued watching me. Then she asked, “Are you sure you know your size?” I told her I had shopped here before and knew what I was doing—but she still hovered nearby. It felt more like I was being monitored than assisted. That experience made what should have been a pleasant shopping trip feel alienating and discriminatory. I ended up spending only $205.44 that day, but I could have—and originally planned to—buy more. I just didn’t feel welcome anymore. To make this worse, I had already spent $884.89 at this same store just ten days earlier on May 19. It’s incredibly disappointing that as a loyal customer, I was made to feel this way. This kind of behavior, whether intentional or not, reflects bias. All customers deserve to be treated with equal respect, regardless of race or background. I hope Lululemon takes this seriously and trains its staff...
Read moreBeen here a handful of times and each experience has been top notch. The most recent was around the holidays; I went to try some products that I was interested in buying online. The store was super busy, but Carley (sp?) was attendant and very helpful. She is a kind, nonjudgmental person who is knowledgeable about the products and offers great alternatives for items that are not in store. There is no way I would have found what I was looking for without her help especially in the midst of the holiday rush. Appreciate you dawg.
I also went in around November to find last minute pants for a wedding. I unfortunately forgot the names of everyone who helped me (I think Danielle and Christine?), but man they gave me legit feedback about the fit/color of the pants I was trying and how they worked with the dress shoes I had purchased elsewhere that day. Overall, the people I have worked with directly are thoughtful, insightful, and a pleasure...
