Read the return policy - 10 days Unfortunately my mom purchased a dress and needed to return it .. well after the girl rudely explained she was TWO DAYS past their short 10 day return policy .. I asked to speak with the manager. And the same girl said “it’s store policy” with no offer to get the manager and I asked once again can I please speak with the manager. Well once the manager came over she made us feel like we were in trouble and said I will give you a ONE TIME exception. While the other girl rolled her eyes!!! I mean dang we were only 2 days over . The clothing was very nice and I may have actually bought more if I could have browsed without an employee in my face every 2 minutes. Once my daughter and I tried our items on and left the employee would not leave me alone and insisted on taking our items to the register. It was clear she was insuring she received her commission. I would have allowed her mine but in hindsight I should have insisted another employee who was more helpful to my daughter in The dressing room (because this girl was too busy chatting) receive the commission on her purchases.
