if i could give zero stars i 110% would. this location is AWFUL everytime i go in. service is extremely slow but tonight was the worst experience ive ever had. i placed my order online to use a discount i have. i donāt leave my house for abt 20 min to give time to make my sandwiches especially because i only live 2 min from it. i get there and the man behind the counter is working on another persons order. looks like heās finishing it but is taking his time because all he is doing is talking to him. there is a guy in line clearly waiting to start his order. after about an extra 10 min of being there he finishes his conversation with the original guy and comes over towards the other guy. he looks at him and tells him he has an online order to make & at this point i know heās talking about mine. the guy in line looks annoyed because iām sure he has been standing there much longer than me and waiting to be addressed on the first place. he asks me if im picking up an online order and i say yes to which he responds āiāll make them at the same timeā referring to my order and the other guys order. ok whatever. he then proceeds to only make the guy ahead of me order , not mine which again was placed now 30 minutes ago. once again takes his time because heās chatting with this fella because he recognized him. FINALLY finished this guys order and can make mine. iāve been standing in this subway for literally almost 30 min. as heās finishing my sandwich he tells me i can go ahead and grab my 2 large drinks. i go over to the drink station and start putting ice in the cup & when i look in the cup to see how much ice i put in there i see thereās MOLD clearly coming out of the ice machine. i take the cups and bring them to him and say āthereās mold in your ice machineā he snatches the cups out of my hands and tells me to get new cups. i correct him and say its not the cups, its the ice. i then ask for a bottled sprite instead bc theres no bottled drinks in the coolers and he says all they have are diet pepsi. i have been nothing but nice while waiting for my food but mold in the ice machine was really my boiling point. i grab my sandwiches and tell him no im good and try to leave and he tells me they have mtn dew. thatās totally awesome but not what im asking for whatsoever. i grab my sandwiches and walk out. get home and one is missing the bacon while the other wasnāt toasted like instructions said. do NOT go to this one off of hanna ave. go a little down the road off of national ave right by the walmart and get your sandwiches there because they work faster, harder, and clean the store. wasted my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis location has struggled for several years. Mostly because of terrible ownership and bad management. I passed 2 subways to try to spend money in my own neighborhood. But apparently, this subway is doing doordash only. Why? I couldnāt tell you. Apparently, theyād rather charge their customers more AND pay doordash a % of every order than take cash from paying customers. And I havenāt had an employee that didnāt look like they wanted to destroy their workplace out of anger since I donāt know when.
Also, in response to another review from 3 months ago, the owner stated the staff was all new and give them another chance. Itās a total lie. The staff isnāt new. The policies and behaviors are the same. The owners truly donāt care about employees or customers and only want to make money for themselves. And theyāre terrible at it.
Taco Bell had no line. Enzoās had no line. Kfc had no line. And there are 3 subways within 2 miles of this store. Go to a different subway. Go to the Taco Bell. Enzoās is locally owned and delicious.
This subway is terrible. Has been for years. Isnāt going to get any better...

This is besides the fact that you cannot get your order fulfilled as promised! I was assured by one employee of my food order only to be refused by another employee stating that the first "employee is new"...Wouldn't it a good idea to TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPERLY!!! It wasn't my (a paying customer) fault that you didn't train your employees before putting them to work with the public! I should have been able to get my order as promised and made aware that this was not the case and I wouldn't be able to the next time I visit instead of refusing my promised order causing me (a paying customer) to walk out of your facility extremely unhappy and not willing to EVER come back to your facility as well as the bad publicity you are getting from your mistakes!! I guess you haven't heard of the term "the customer is always right" even when sometimes they actually aren't! You would have been paid for that order instead of throwing it...
