So yesterday I came into the store trying to sell two items one was a 12 inch iPad and the other was an apple pen came in just like any other thing went up to the front desk. So me and my friend walk up to the front desk and as were handing over my items the guy I gave them to you turns around and goes over to another employee and it that employee he is talking to instantly says this item won't go for much the price drop down couple days ago that was kind of putting so me and my friend continue to walk around look at things and from the corner of her eye we could see that one of the employees was holding my iPad up to his ear like a child acting like it was a phone like come on people have some respect for other people's property because if that was going to break while you were doing that you would have had to pay the $800 that I spent on it so we continue going around and my friend comes up to me and is like hey if it's any lower than 300 we shouldn't take it and I think they heard what she said. after like what felt to be an hour wait they call us up so we listen to what they offer which was only $200 little out of our range that we wanted to sell items the guy we're talking to turns around and goes like hey guys pack it up there not taking the money and instantly the guy he's talking to turns around and it's like wow these people think they're going to get $400 for a used iPad and apple pen that just made us mad we were literally standing at the front desk 6 feet away from him honestly people who were working at this kind of store need to grow up and get some ethic because complaining about your guests in front of them will make you...

I bought a switch controller from them to replace a defect with mine and was sold a broken controller that doesn’t lock onto the switch and slides off all the time. I went in as soon as I had time and could do the return and exchange it for one that actually stays attached and the purchase was attached to my console and had my id scanned and they said there was nothing they could do so I asked well since they sold me a broken controller and even though they are supposed to test everything and that seems like a really hard thing to miss they so no they could exchange the singular part as they don’t accept controllers that don’t lock to console even though that is exactly what they sold me and had accepted as a trade in from somebody in the first place. Extremely dissatisfied will not be returning to this disc replay unless my needs can be addressed and this was the only one I went to even though I live on the south side and can drive to one a lot closer.
