If I can get this place in location zero stars I would. Been here since 6:00 AM waited an hour for the light to come on for hot donuts went to the drive through lady said to wait 30 to 40 mins for the light to come on it’s 7:15 AM as I i’m writing this in the light never came on for the hot donuts! These people in this city don’t deserve anything they can never do anything correctly. I understand why they have nothing in this awful town. Also the lady was extremely rude. I’ll be calling the corp office as soon as 8:00 AM is here! Then had the audacity and o give me a COLD BOX OF DONUTS TELL ME THEIR HOT AND THEY ARE ICE COLD THE GUY WITH THE 3 star tattoos on his arm says they go through a cooler why they are cold in which is a lie Krispy Kreme you might not want to invest in Indianapolis bc these folks are are lazy and awful. Like I don’t know what a box of hot donuts supposed to feel like I come from the south Krispy Kreme Doughnuts do not go through Cooler and they’re always hot as I am now leaving at 7:22 the sun is rising hot sign STILL NOT ON DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME coming to this place .Clearly they hired at the wrong kind of people I went here and purchased two dozens of Cole donuts but due to this experience I would never come to this location again this is the only location they have and I understand why Krispy Kreme truly messed up bringing a location to this awful city. Today I wasted time and money! I could’ve went to Kroger to get cold KKD. They are bringing your business down ALREADY and it hasn’t even been 1 month!!!!!! Coming from the south we eat these daily and I have never experienced this with KKD EVERRRRRRRR. I can’t be excited about something I’m used too. That’s the only reason the reviews are half way decent bc these folks DONT know any better bc they’re not used to...
Read moreIt saddens me deeply to go from giving the doughnut place I grew up with 5 stars down to 1..Recently, I was in the mood for some fresh hot now doughnuts..so I drove across several towns to make it over with mouthwatering for my favorite “fresh” doughnuts. Oh my was I disappointed when I arrived and there’s no Hot Now sign and the inside of the store is locked at 6 in the evening...so circle around to the drive thru line..finally get to the speaker to place my buy 1 dozen get one for a dollar..so I ordered a dozen of glaze (informed) it would be an hour wait..still ordered anyway...and then I ordered a dozen of assorted (as I’m ordering select doughnuts, they are out of most of them) but then I was like WHOA.. wait a minute how can I get a dozen of assorted and don’t have to wait..it’s because they are not made FRESH!!! Holy Noly was my heart hurt..I’m like you all charge more here for the same assorted doughnuts that gets delivered to the local store and don’t make them fresh daily like I thought...this has hurt me deeply..and I have rewards to use that’ll probably expire as the drive over to the store is not worth going to get at a higher cost when I can choose what store I would like to pick some Krispy Kreme doughnuts from...whether assorted or if I would like to make my hot now at home by putting the store originals in the microwave for 8 seconds.. and after the hour they was supposed to call and say my dozen was ready...they didn’t so again I had to circle back to the drive to see if my order was ready..and it was and had been sitting.. the love I had has drifted..
Oh and the drive thru server was so dry and not welcoming..please get someone that is excited to help people and if they are not having a good day..allow someone more sociable to takeover until their...
Read moreI have always loved Krispy Kreme doughnuts. I am old enough to remember when there was a store open in Castleton more than 20 years ago and after it closed I always hoped they would open another one. I was excited when they did. These donuts – when they are fresh and hot off the line – are delicious, and some of the best in my opinion. But this store continues to frustrate me. For one thing, their lobby is never open. Doors are always locked. Which means they obviously can’t keep enough staff to open their doors for walk in customers. Second, so many times I have gone there they have not had hot donuts, even though their sign is on outside. First world problems – but I come there for hot donuts that I cannot get at the grocery store. Last time I was there the “hot donut“ sign was on, and they gave me a box full of stale ice cold dozen glaze donuts. Very frustrating. The drive-through lane can be incredibly slow. I’ve been there many times when their equipment has failed and they don’t have any fresh donuts at all. If you advertise fresh hot donuts, available right out of the oven, then you should deliver that for your customers. On the positive side, the general manager in the past has been very nice and has given me free donuts when I have said something about it. That’s great customer service. But other than that – This store has very inconsistent service and I often come away disappointed and very frustrated. When they actually do have hot donuts, I love it. But sadly, you cannot depend...
