This review is for the LV store inside of the Fashion Mall. My CA was Sydney B. I started my day off waiting in the line outside of the store. I had my service animal, Yoshi, accompanying me. I know a lot of people complain about the line but this is necessary right now due to COVID and I don’t feel that it should be taken as malicious or rude of the employees here as they don’t make the rules. If you need to rush, maybe pick another day or try to make an appointment. I didn’t wait too long, maybe 30 mins and enjoyed talking with the others who were waiting as well. When it was my turn to come in, the door was of course held and I was greeted very warmly by Sydney. She asked what brought me in and I let her know I had an OTG tote in for repairs and wasn’t happy with how it came back. She looked at it as well as another woman who’s name I didn’t get and they agreed that it shouldn’t have passed QC. She then gave me my options to resend back, refund or exchange for something else. Because I didn’t want to chance it coming back not up to par again I decided to look at other bags instead of sending it back in. Sydney spent over an hour going through several different bags that I was interested in and taking me through the process. She never once acted like this was an inconvenience or a bother. She happily brought them all out, adjusted them for me as far as straps etc and gave her opinion and advice when requested. She was super super kind to both me and my service animal! I loved her attitude and she really made me feel at home during my time at the store which hasn’t always been my experience in other cities. I am extremely grateful for this! I was also looking at some sneakers that weren’t available in my size conversion from Mens to women’s. The next day after my visit she texted to let me know they did become available again and let me know her schedule so that I could come back and see if I want to order them. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and after experience than I have had! Great customer service can be hard to find and Sydney is a 10/10 on hers! She even shared a bit of her personal life with me when I asked if she had pets and she showed me a few pics which were adorable and was above and beyond of her! Thank you Sydney!! Read moreI was mostly ignored at first, but when I finally caught the attention of a staff member, I told her exactly which bag I wanted. She returned with the larger version instead. When I pointed out that it didn’t look right, she insisted it was the one I had asked for. I had recently seen the bag at an out-of-state store, so I was certain of what I wanted.
I went in ready to leave with that bag—or at least order it for store pickup. To help her understand, I described the bag again, along with the accessories that came with it. She still looked puzzled and admitted she wasn’t sure what I was talking about. She then showed me a backpack... That I wasn't interested in and she and another associate could not figure out how to clip on the chain straps. At that point, I left the store, grabbed lunch with my friend, and decided to check the website. And what do you know—my bag was right there. I can’t say she was just trying to make a sale, because the bag I planned to buy actually cost a few hundred dollars more than the one she showed me.

Read moreI would highly recommend just shopping online versus going in-store at this location. I’m an advocate for the brand, own multiple products all purchased from store. I waited in line patiently like everybody else, but once it became my turn to enter the store the sales rep made it very obvious that wasn’t going to happen. I was asked what I was interested in, and that was where the shopping experience stopped. I stated men’s shoes for my upcoming vow renewal. Instead of being granted access to the store, the sales rep came back twice with poor quality iPad snapshot images of shoes I never expressed any interest in. I asked politely if I may be allowed to just come inside to shop, and she said yes I just need to tell them you’d like to come in. At that point I felt there must have been a reason they were only letting me look at the iPad. When she came back out yet again, yielding her iPad, I asked if I could he let out of line and this really isn’t going to work out.
