The service was subpar, Sonya was friendly when she brought the check and asked if we wanted to add a gratuity . 2 out of 3 of our party did not eat their food, Sonya did not bother to inquire how our food was. The french fries were cold when we received them , the french dip au jus had spilled on the plate rendering the bread soggy and inedible. The mac and cheese was awful . The spinach and artichoke dip was very good. The panini was ok. Our ticket was $94 our experience was not even close. At the register I was asked how the food was and I answered honestly, awful. We went here during lunch with our 1 year old son and we got one of the best dining experiences ever! Not only was my roasted chicken panini the best sandwich I ever had but our waitress Sholanda gave us the best service I have ever experienced. She interacted with our son as if we were family. Seeing as he just started walking and acting a bit fussy she promptly brought him fruit and a glow bracelet to ease his (and our) tension. The decor/ambience is somewhat anonymous and sterile -- not really at the level of Nordstroms itself. In addition, you are required to line up at the cashier as you go in and quickly (to avoid holding up patrons behind you) scan the menu and order. You then then take a table and your food is brought to you by a server. In other words, Panera service, but at significantly higher prices than Panera.
