I was looking for a knitting machine and Clearwater location had few of those in stock when I did checked online ...After looking around for 15 mins, I didnt find the item...Since no other employees were presented at the store to help me, I waited in line, like any other customer, to get help from a cashier register employee. I explained the situation, and have been told that they do have two knitting machines in stock, but there are only two employees are available right now and they can't help me, but they could check the other locations... First of all, why I would drive to a different location for another 30 mins when they have the item i am looking for available at the store that I am presented at the moment, just need to figure the location of the box at the store? Secondly, how am I different from other customers who, luckily, found what they were looking for? Then I been told that online system updates every 48 hours, and most likely they dont even have those anymore...But again, the girl told me just a min ago that they do have two... When I asked, would she even check it with me since I drove all the way to the store already , she said that there are only two of them and she cant leave the other customers... Left the store very disappointed...
   Read moreThis Michael's location Is simply the best The store is clean The manager Angela Is amazing She runs the store and she communicates so well with the employees and respectfully. I was at another location and did not like how the manager communicated with her employees. But when I came to this clearvista location I saw the total opposite. Angela is always kind and wants to make sure that her customers find what they need and she's not afraid to stop what she's doing to help with customer. Alongside Angela is Daphne and Victoria. They all compliment her as managers this store is amazing. I have not met one employee here that is not professional so here are a few names of the employees that I have connected with Bob Kevin Danielle Charlene Geraldine. I think Geraldine for her humor it really stands out. I think Bob for always going that extra mile to be super nice to every customer he puts a glow on the front checkouts. I may not have remembered every employee's name that I communicated with but I will add those names later. I feel this location deserves some kind of award because it's simply amazing it may not be the biggest store but they are big in personality and that speaks volumes.    Read moreI went to Michael's yesterday and the lady didn't give me my change back. I realized once I got to another store to pay. I called and they said they would count the drawer. Well I drove back anyway and the manager called me. I told her I was there but she said she wouldn't be coming out. Said that the drawer was over but not by how much I said. She was super rude about it. Told me they needed a specialist to count it tomorrow because she didn't think I was being truthful. I hung up. Called a bit later once I stopped panicking. She then admitted that she miscounted but I still had to have a specialist in. Specialist called this morning and was rude too. Said my money was there and acted like I was an inconvenience. She insisted I talk to another manager. Finally this dude wasn't rude. I told him I was upset with how I was treated as if I was lying. He said he would address that with his people and compensate me for gas. I'd already called customer service yesterday because they were rude. But I'm not shopping at the Avon one anymore.
