I stopped outside of Ollie’s as this isn’t my side of town, discovered an outdoor charger so I proceeded to charge my device quickly. Along the way there was a lady who came outside not even 5 feet from the door and started smoking a cigarette. I fanned the smoke, and she kept looking yet ignoring me. I then told her I’m allergic to smoke. She then proceeded to say and I quote “wow that’s crazy, I’ve never heard of that. I didn’t know it was a thing” as she proceeds to continue to smoke the cigarette. I said yeah some people are born allergic to things. She proceeded to turn her head the direction the wind was blowing causing the smoke to directly be inhaled more by me. I then called the store and asked to speak to the store manager to complain about the behavior. A gentleman came outside and told her she had a call. She proceeded to smoke her cigarette, then took the phone. She was the store manager! As I drove by after the fact I took a photo. How absolutely disgusting and embarrassing. Good employment...

Stopped by this store to look for large pots in which to replant some plants. As I entered, two customers were loading just the kind of pots I was looking for into their car. They said there were plenty more, of many colors, but that they were in the back and someone would need to get them for me. I walked in, was asked if I needed help, and said I needed pots like the previous customers had purchased. The employee said, "no, we're all out, they bought the last of them." The previous customer was returning a cart at that time and called her on her lie, at which point she tried to backtrack, but I walked out, figured I can visit a different Ollie's to get...

I just went here for the very first time a week ago and I was very impressed. When I first walked in, I assumed it would probably just be another discount type store that is poorly staffed, with stuff thrown everywhere and long lines. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I realized I was COMPLETELY wrong! Considering how new the store is, they really have it all together. Extremely organized store. Easy to find most things. At least 5-10 people stocking things, putting stuff together, cleaning, etc. Super friendly staff and great prices on most things. Like this new wall décor I picked up for...
