From the moment I stepped foot in the store, Josh and his team were attentive to me and he guided me through the process of creating a unique diamond ring for my now-fiancée. I had an idea of what she wanted and Josh helped me turn it into reality.
She was blown away by the ring hand-crafted just for her. The team at Rogers & Hollands did a great job making sure the ring would be done on time. Josh even had the jeweler rush the order and overnight it from Chicago so I could have the ring and propose on a day that holds a lot of significance for my fiancée. And Josh did it like it was no big deal.
Josh even got 3 center stones shipped in so I could see them in person and choose the one I liked best. He made sure to pick stones in my price range and made sure I stayed under budget, even with taxes, labor, and a lifetime warranty.
I checked out other jewelry shops, but none of them gave me the sense the staff cared about what the ring meant to me. Josh went above and beyond at every step to provide world-class service. The people were busy, and instead of showing me any interest or greeting me or telling me they'd be with me shortly, they ignored me at Zales. I walked away after 15 minutes. Right across from Zales, however, was this awesome business. They had the same watch I liked, and the manager was busy with someone else and still showed me regard and then promptly got with me. He was informative, helpful, and relatable. He also gave me a better deal than what Zales had on the tag and fit my watch for me. Josh is so personable and kind. I feel like it has to be impossible to not like the people working there. He truly cares about the company and his customers.
