Express — Local services in Indianapolis

So here's the story. I had a funeral to go to. I Can't even remember the last time I bought a suit or needed one. I went to a couple of different shops couldn't really find anyone to assist me in this At those other stores I tried stuff on it looked.Weird. my boss actually recommended express said they make it super Easy, you can basically point at a mannequin, say, I want that, and they'll help you from there. And that is pretty much how it went. I walked in. I met Ryan said, I have a funeral to go to and he said, so you need a suit. He quickly went over the options. Listened to my feedback. Made sure everything fit properly and explained what we were looking for so that I could know it was fitting properly. He had amazing attention to detail as he was pointing out.The difference between the shirts, how this one had lines going down the button area that truth be told I would have never seen had he had not pointed it out. Went over cloth type, texture, which ones wicking is better than the other. As we were going over, ties, he was pointing out how this color would go with this. And what would pop in it. Overall, it was an amazing experience.And I felt ryan was very knowledgeable. And quite similar to miracle on 34th street. The items that they did not carry specifically shoes. It gave me a great recommendation on a nearby shop. Thanks to Ryan's knowledgeability, customer service and fashion sense. Not only did I make it to the funeral on time. Walked in at 7:55 pm after searching on Google which said they close at 9pm. A worker walks up to me asking me to be quick because they close in 5 mins. I told him on Google you guys are closing at 9, he said no, that must be the other store. I tried to show it to him but he walked away. The young ladies behind the desk kept yelling at the guy "why are you letting people in, it's closing time" they had very bad attitude. Only an old African American lady was nice, trying to help another gentleman.

Never again I am going to such a place who do not appreciate and value their customers. I love Express clothing's but this location needs major improvement as far as employees are concerned. I have noticed I am not the only one complaining about the employees of...

I love this store. I had a particularly great experience today, Reese was helpful and friendly and just overall super professional. Personally I think it's silly to leave a review and complain about the prices, or the clothes not being made with the materials you want 😂 The review should be based on the experience you had, no one who's working here can change the cost of an item for you.
