"I saw a negative review left here by Hermione Armendariz and felt it didnāt reflect the truth, so I called the salesperson at Snooze directly and asked what actually happened. Hereās what was explained to me:
The salesperson had simply re-parked her car closer to the door before closing but was already back inside before the customer even entered. The store was never unattended.
She greeted them warmly, but before she could explain Snoozeās process, they interrupted and said they just wanted to look around on their own. At Snooze, they respect that and donāt pressure anyone. As she put it: āAgree to be served if you walk into any establishment. You wouldnāt go to a doctorās office and say you just want to look around.ā
The mattresses include adjustable bases at different levels, which can be confusing if you donāt let the staff explain. Thatās why guided service matters.
Shockingly, the customer went straight to the Dream Map system and started pressing buttons without asking ā the first time the salesperson had ever seen anyone touch a retail system uninvited. When it got to the employee code screen, the customer finally asked what it was. She explained itās used to map pressure points and find the perfect mattress.
She wasnāt āhouse shopping.ā She was logged into Snoozeās Bedgear vendor portal helping another customer. That website shows products in home settings, which may have caused confusion.
The entire visit lasted barely 8 minutes, and cameras in the store confirm the sequence of events exactly as described.
This was actually the second bad review from the same visit, the first posted under the name Duck Master 177.
Normally, guests are greeted, dream mapped, shown all price points (starting at just $199), offered refreshments, and given the chance to experience the best brands in the industry. Snooze is also one of the only mattress stores that offers a 25-year warranty, the lowest prices on bed-in-a-box mattresses, a 1-year sleep trial, price matching, and even gifts with most purchases.
From what I learned, Snooze customers consistently walk out saying their experience was the best ever. Itās clear to me that this one review doesnāt represent how Snooze actually treats...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm so glad we went to Snooze Mattress. I was tired of wasting money on other mattresses and being tired every morning due to not getting good sleep because of the mattress. This place is a game changer. When we walked in and we were greeted by Gloria. I was honest and straight forward about what we were looking for in a mattress. I didn't want to waste her time nor our time if they didn't have what we were looking for.
She introduced us to the Dream Mapping machine first. She showed us where our pressure points were and the results of what type of mattress we should be looking for. She showed us the first mattress to try out. She gave us the information about it and then gave us 2 pillows to use so when we tried it out it would be just like home. She left us alone for a bit so we could feel and see what we thought about it. There was no pressure from her at all which we liked. The same thing happened with the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th one. She wanted us take our time and see what we thought in order to decide what we wanted to do. She is an amazing person to deal with. She answered our questions and again no pressure from her at all.
We bought a split king mattress with 2 adjustable bases. This is by far the best mattress we have ever bought. We both sleep like babies now and when we get up in the morning we can tell how great we slept. We actually look forward to our bed now knowing how it's going to make us feel.
I know this is a long review but I wanted to go into detail with our experience there. You won't be disappointed. We would definitely go back if needed. Gloria, stay the way you are because more stores need people like you for their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI know, here's another review that wants to make a company look good. In fact this is probably the 3rd review I ever posted.
My wife and I have been looking for new twin adjustable beds for the last few days and we've been to a couple of different stores, and also looked online. We didn't want to spend $9,000.00 on a new bed, but we knew it was going to be cheap.
We ended up at Snooze Mattress Co. on 82nd street in Indianapolis, and we were greeted by Chris. We told Chris what we were looking for a he pointed a few beds out for us to try and let us do our thing without pushing to buy. After about 20 we found a couple of beds we liked and asked Chris a few questions. Chris quoted us on a couple of new beds that were a couple thousand dollars cheaper than some beds we looked at yesterday.
After pointing out a few things, Chris suggested that we think about buying the floor models and that he would give us a 45% discount. For floor models these beds were in great shape and we decided to purchase the beds. My wife was leaning toward a softer bed, but Chris said to try the beds that we purchased and if she wasn't satisfied with her bed after a couple of weeks to call and they would exchange the mattress for the softer one, and all we would have to do is pay the difference. Not bad.
Look, no BS, if you're looking for a good bed and a great sales person ask for Chris. We weren't pressured to buy like we were at Mattress Firm. Chris did a great job explaining everything to us and we couldn't ask for anything more. Please give Snooze...
