This was my second time going to this location over the last several months to get some small postcards made up for my small business. The first time was great, the young man who waited on me was ABSOLUTELY terrific to work with.... very friendly, helpful and patient.

I just went yesterday hoping to get some postcards done (the same postcards I had done previously) before this coming weekend and had a terrible experience with one of the women who was working during the evening. My boyfriend and I weren't greeted with any sort of kindness, and seemed to be very annoyed by us being there. She was rude the entire experience and didn't give me the print I wanted. I paid for a partial job which she claims I gave to her wrong, but in reality I gave the exact same file to the printer previously before. And even have it on file.. what a waste of money and a big disappointment. When I tried to figure out what my alternate options may be, she gave me one worded answers and clearly didn't care to work with me. I guess that was my last attempt to have them done at this...

This place has gone down for years. I came in today to return an Amazon purchase and followed the floor stickers to the appropriate counter. I stood there moment watching the employee scroll on his phone like he was at home. He finally looked up and, with a very confused look, started trying to deduce why I was there even though I just said I had an Amazon return. I showed him the QR code, and he looked dumbly at me again and asked for a receipt. I'm like, no, this is an Amazon return. Fuses in his brain finally ignited, and he completed the return. I stood there waiting for my receipt, and the dumb look returned to his face. "Do you need something else?" He asked. "Yeah, I need my receipt." I replied, taking note that on the printer behind him, there is a huge sign for employees saying,"All Amazon returns get a receipt, this is not optional." Horrible service the lady who processed the order did not inform me of any complications. I dropped my order off around 11 and picked up around 4 or a little after and the color was completely off. She said you all cannot print vibrant colors even though my business cards were a pastel pink which staples has printed before. The cards were brown!! My transparent labels had black markings all on them and she didn’t say anything. Luckily I looked in the parking lot before I left and asked she said oh it prints like that. It does not!! She used 95% of my labels I purchased and messed the entire order up. Usually if there are complications the store calls you and lets you know.
