I want to say this jewelry store is one of the best hands down in Indianapolis I’m from Chicago and I came for all star weekend, I went into the store looking for some of there diamond jewelry and the one guy ask me what I was looking for I said I’m just browsing he then said to me do u like watches I said yes he went in the back and said we just got this in and it was a Rolex watch just know I didn’t plan on but it but he was so up front with me and gave me a great deal that I couldn’t say no they tested all the jewelry with the diamond tester and it pass. I visited Twin Jewelry repair to have a bracelet and necklace repaired The staff were very helpful in assisting me to find the location, even coming out of the store and walking around the parking lot to assist me with finding the store (thanks Pooh!)! Customer service was excellent, although I was disappointed my jewelry was repaired a week longer than originally promised. Repair work was thorough and necklace and bracelet were professionally polished! Price could have been a bit cheaper. Customer Service was adequate and there was plenty of parking. I will visit this location again...
