Hello, everyone I'm an ex employee now of Chicken Salad Chick, I was fired today because someone lied on my name and said that I said I was going to kill someone which never came out of my mouth. They never tried to review cameras or proof whether I said this or not they just went by what another manager they claim said this & this altercation that happened at work there were no managers around so how could a manger say that I said this. I have been working here since April & never had the worse employee experience in my life. I hope karma catches up with every person that is involved in this because I will be building a case and sue. There is already another case coming up soon for false termination against someone & I will be a witness to that to. I am 46 years old and I don't have time for the ignorance of these people who claim or suppose to be professionals & to let them push all the good workers out. They have fired basically all the old workers that were there. All the good workers are basically gone. They don't know it but they might know now that I have been keeping records and pictures of everything that I can and things that were going on at work in case someone tried me and I'm glad that I did because look what happened. They took the word of young manager over me and he was lying for someone else, like managers can't lie. They be on sneaky stuff at work anyway & when the other managers are there, they try to cover up things, they show favoritism. I hope they all get what's coming to them and they gone run that restaurant right into the ground. And he said a customer came into today and said she had an issue with me not once but twice which I knew who he was talking about but I only dealt with her but once and she lied on me to because she trying to get smart with me talking about he know so if he know what you want and I ask do you need him to come help you what am I saying wrong to you then, like she trying to give me a hard time. There are plenty of customers who can vouch for me that I'm always kind to them, they just trying to get rid of the old workers and keep their friends around, so they pick on a 46 year old woman who dealing with cancer and diabetes and other health issues when I bust my tail everyday at work always in pain and this is how they treat me. Just know God don't like ugly and what goes around comes around, so be careful how you treat others because it always come back to bite you where...

I went in on August 2nd at 7:46pm to grab dinner with my 2 roommates and we sat for an hour with no food coming out after placing our order. The store was empty and the only customers were us except the occasional online order pick up. The two girls that were in there were so busy on their phones they never made my order and then proceeded to clean the store with us still sitting and waiting for our food. After being looked at and not helped for an hour I went up and asked for a refund and the girl that took my order gave me a lot of attitude and said oh I guess the order never made it to the back to prepare and the other girl said she never saw the order come through. I asked for a refund and the cashier went to get the manager while still running her mouth. The manager Chris came up and said that he was sorry for the inconvenience and that he did see my order come through and that when he asked the girls if it still needed to be made they told him no. I’ve come to this location multiple times and never had a bad experience really until now. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and I will no longer set foot in this location due to the poor service and terrible attitudes of the staff.
