Hello, Morning/Afternoon to whenever you may see this message.
I just want to say that I shop here on A consistent basis & if I still had My former Target account, compared to My new Target account, You all could see how much money that I've spent with you all total so far.
I just wanted to notify everyone that the way that I was treated on October 2nd of 2025 an estimated time of 8:11 pm was uncalled for.
As I've stated that I come here on A consistent basis & I see everyone of the opposite complexion as me come in with bags, bookbags, & etc.
&
No one has ever done to them what the self checkout cashier who had I believe like an light orang/mixed with reddish hair, with glasses had done to me.
As I was scanning My two Ben & Jerry's pints of ice cream that I had visible at the top of My cart completely separate from,
My Betty Boop suitcase that I had purchased over A year ago from A completely different store that I use for My traveling as well as for the gym sometimes was inside the bottom of the cart unopened.
As I was finishing ringing up My two Ben & Jerry's items,
The self checkout cashier had just started coming over touching all on My bag, looking at My bag tag that's been on My suitcase every since the day that I've purchased it.
It's not A price tag.
It's the tag image that shows the way that suitcase rolls.
I was completely confused as to who had given Her permission to start coming over just touching all on My bag without permission. Even the lady on the right side of me was upset & was looking at the cashier & I in confusion to what made Her feel like that was okay.
So, as I was looking in disgust towards the cashier, I'm politely asking the cashier is there A problem & as I scanned My eyes quickly around the entire store while I'm standing in the same spot, there's about 10 other people with bags & no one ever approached them.
So, I stated to the lady, oh I know what it is Ma'am,
I stated, that She thought that I was stealing, because she was asking if My bag was going to be scanned separately & I stated that I had come in with My bag & that since she thinks that I'm stealing,
I can open My bag,
I'm not even smiling at the lady, because by me being the opposite race & if I were to just walk up touching on Her bag, or purse,
She would think that I would be trying to rob Her.
So, as I'm telling Her I can show Her My dirty gym clothes, because that's where I've just come from, now she doesn't want me to open it.
She stated that it was fine,
Yet,
She had already humiliated me in front of everyone.
I do understand that unfortunately sometimes people do steal,
Yet, I don't. Thank you.
Also, Why would I steal from somewhere that I shop on A consistent basis, or even in general. Not everyone has stealing on their minds. Thank you!
I even notified the lady that I come into this store on A consistent basis.
So, everyone inside of the store was just staring at me as if I had actually stolen something, when I & the lady beside me knew that I didn't.
I just couldn't figure out why everyone inside of the store who had bags,
I was the only one targeted,
I know why.
It was A few people who didn't even have A basket, or A cart who weren't targeted.
Also, I'm on the bus, so what since would that even make for me to try to steal, run, & then still have to wait for A bus?!
Not all people that's of the opposite color are bad people/steal. Thank you!
I get along with all races & nationalities of people.
Yet, two things that caucasian people should stop doing please & Thank you,
Are touching things that's not theirs, unless someone gives you permission, then that's perfectly fine.
The cashier never asked me!
She just literally started coming over, touching all on My bag.
You all don't even sell My kind of suitcase inside of the store.
Another thing that we ask,

Read moreGood experience until I encountered the incredibly rude cashier Austin. There was a price/promotion issue discrepancy where a gift card was supposed to be given if you bought the required items. I bought the items and he wouldn't honor the deal and give me the gift card. He looked it up in the Circle app and the weekly ad but said he didnt see it. He said he could suspend my transaction and I could talk to customer service or I could pay for it then go talk to customer service. I asked if he could call someone to check or or to verify and he flat out said no, that I had to go to customer service and repeated my same 2 options. I told him I would take pictures of the signage first. After taking pictures I went to customer service and they told me they would take care of it but told me I had to go back to him to pay. She told me that he should be able to bring me out quick and I wouldn't have to wait in line. So, I went up the next aisle and waited until Austin finished the person he was with and asked if he could cash me out and he said no. I asked again, "you can't just cash me out really quick?" He said "no ma'am" but he was really snippy about it that the other cashier in the next lane, Rochelle, told me I could come to her line (mind you, Austin had thrown my groceries haphazardly to the side on a closed register). After waiting in line again just to pay, when Rochelle tried to pull up my ticket, it was gone. Mind you, Austin suspended it, customer service had pulled it up to verify and then suspended it, but now it was gone. Austin had finished with customers in his line before I got up to Rochelle to pay and I truly believe that he cancelled the ticket. I had to unpack all of my groceries just so they could be rung up again. After this, I had to go stand back in line at customer service for the promotional gift card. There were issues with that since there are remodel/ upgrade changes and it is not their fault. When the supervisor finally came up to authorize the card she couldn't understand why Austin just didnt do it because it's such a low amount. The whole checkout process seriously took over 45 minutes, and that's not even an exaggeration. Austin was absolutely horrible and didn't have a friendly personality what so ever! He was completely rude and not helpful. I dont think working with the public is the right...
Read moreI wish I could give this store a 0 star. Literally the WORST service I've EVER experienced in my life! No one knows anything about any of their products. Nothing is stocked. There were no one around to ask about item. When we finally found someone to ask about items they didn't know anything and it took 20 minutes for them to find someone "that did." They're answer for us was if its not on the self we don't have it. But there's nothing stocked on the selves, the store is almost bare. Workers walk around with ear buds in their ears listening to music on their phones. When we asked for help, the staff members acted like we were bothering them. One of the ladies helping us in the check out line flicked off another staff member while she was helping us. Just complete unprofessionalism. I know if I behaved like this at my place of employment I would be fired. I had called before hand to see if they had an item in stock because we ordered a dresser online and it came in damaged. They told us they did but when we arrived they didn't have any but the floor model and it was worse then the table we had. They offered to give us 10% off since it was damage which was a whole 4 dollars for a DAMAGED item!!! If they would have told me it'd only be 4 dollars back I would have told them to forget about it because it was an absolute nightmare just to get the 4 dollar back. Then we tried to trade a lamp FOR THE EXACT SAME LAMP that we had received as a wedding present; the shade was damaged. They made us pay an EXTRA $1.70 on it because we did not have a receipt. It was a gift mind you, so we ended up having to pay for an item that we originally didn't have to pay anything for. Overall, the store is completely empty and the staff is absolutely horrible! I wonder how this store has even anything close to a 4 star rating. We even asked to speak to a store manager, she was no help at all! I will not return and I will advise friends and family not to...
