👎⚠️👎⚠️REVIEW UPDATE
The store GM called me the next day- to her credit. Basically she didn't listen to anything I said, blamed it on me, had an excuse for everything, then suggested maybe Culver's wasn't the restaurant for me. (I have left 5-star Culver reviews for other stores). The GM talked over me the whole time, then made excuses for her employees who made me wait a long time at the counter to order. No one even acknowledged me for about 10 minutes. I think the worst part was that she talked over me and didn't listen after phoning me.
I wasted $20 on a horrible experience and two food items that weren't even hot. She blamed it on me getting carry out. She didn't know I lived 5 minutes away because she didn't ask. Now that I spoke to the GM, I understand why there are so many 1-star reviews for this store from guests who have terrible experiences. She obviously doesn't understand most Culver experiences at other stores are 5-star and people love the burgers. This store is a very weak link in the otherwise great Culver brand. Based on my call with the store GM, I will never spend another dime there. She literally took no ownership of problems, nor made any offer to repair a soured relationship. They don't deserve my biz again. She could just be in the wrong career. Her staff is mediocre and they drop balls. I was made to feel like I'm too picky about what I expect from Culver's for my $20. $3 for mashed potatoes filled half full. Very disappointed. What a rip off! Plus they were awful and the worst mashed potatoes I've ever eaten. I asked cashier if they were good and she insisted they were. Well the mashed potato portion is not only robbery, they taste awful. I don't think they're supposed to taste that way. Not even edible. Waited 15 minutes for my lukewarm burger. I spent $20 on lousy food from this Culver's. The staff at this Keystone location is dropping balls and missing the mark of consisten quality we expect for premium price we pay to eat at Culver's. Very disappointed to have paid sky high price for low quality meal. Honestly I just expect hot delicious food and am willing to pay their premium price...
Read moreI went to culver Saturday afternoon. I sat and waited a while in the drive through line with no one in front of me to order. Roughly about 5 minutes to be exact. I paid for my food at 2:15. I didn’t receive my food until I came in after speaking with 2 other individuals that were passing other guest their food. One was an assistant manager Garrett. My last interaction was with a manager by the name of Joe who was rude, who did not give good service. When I asked for a refund due to it now being 2;41 and I know my food had sat a while. He refused and asked that I leave his store. I asked for Corperate number he said look it up online and don’t spell his name wrong. He was insinuating that I can’t spell. He also said that I was trust passed etc. He was loud and tried to put on a show for the other guest inside the establishment, I was so embarrassed. I was then followed about by AM Garret saying he would call the cops and I was trust passed. I advise him that I will sit and wait for the cops to come. He then started to record me. Joe then came out again yelling to get out of his parking lot. After another 5 minutes of sitting waiting in the cops I pulled off. I was so embarrassed. I’d never come to visit this establishment again. I’ve never in my 35 years of living experience this kind of embarrassment in my life let alone a place of business! One top of that my concrete mixer was water, my food was cold due to sitting so long, I was refused a refund. So I’m stuck with almost $60...
Read moreI came here a few months back and was really disappointed because I was left to sit in the drive-through lane for twenty minutes for a single custard. Other people who were behind me had long since left with their food, but I was left sitting there. Finally, when someone came out and handed me my custard, it was totally melted. They had obviously made it and then forgot to bring it out. I parked, went inside, and asked for a new one. The manager was very nice and remade it for me, giving me a coupon for a free custard the next time I came in.
Well, I just came in to use that coupon. Guess what - same thing! This time, I even went inside so I could be seen and, hopefully, not forgotten. I was standing in the front for almost 10 minutes. It was a little busy, but then other people started leaving who had ordered full meals. Low and behold, the custard that had been sitting on the counter (which I assumed was for a takeout order) was mine. Again, it was melty from just sitting there as the workers literally stood next to it, and I had the giant number card in my hand.
Whatever "system" they are trying to use to organize orders is obviously not working at all, and for $6, I don't want to wait around only to be handed...
