My first visit to this location was NOT impressive or acceptable starting with a "new cook" who is learning "how to drop chicken"...per Curtis the irritated and inconvenienced, rude manager. I was told there would be a wait for chicken which I agreed to, and after paying for my order, was then told to "go park in a spot to wait, just not over there on that side" from the distracted cashier at the window that I was clearly interrupting. Finally a young man approached my vehicle, confirmed my order as he handed it to me, and asked if I wanted a receipt... which I verified wasn't in the bag. While waiting for the young man to return with a receipt, I began checking the order...since 3 other cars during my wait, had returned to the drive-thru window to correct their orders...to be sure BEFORE leaving the parking lot. When he returned, I was informed the "machine is broken, so we can't go back and print your receipt, but here's your other 4 pieces of chicken". My suggestion...if you have to stop at the Keystone Ave location, try early in the day...after the cook learns the difference between light and dark meat, a different manager is on duty, the equipment is working properly, and all employees are taught basic...

I leave a lot of reviews, but this this the first negative review I have ever left, but I felt the need to leave it after this evening’s trip (and my last one).

First, they never have standard items (like original recipe, dark) available. Every time I go to this location, it’s a terrible experience.

Tonight, I came through and ordered original recipe, but obviously the were out, so I went with crispy (not a huge deal). I ordered both sides as Mac & Cheese, paid for an extra biscuit with honey, and a spicy chicken sandwich.

I got home to find that I had cold slaw and mashed potatoes (not Mac n cheese), the chicken sandwich only has sauce, no pickles or mayo that come standard on that sandwich, and no honey in the bag. Literally, the only thing they got right was my chicken that wasn’t even what I came there to get, but had to settle for.

I was too tired to drive all the way back, so I threw everything away except the chicken. $17 for three pieces of chicken.

Again, if this was the first time I had a bad experience at this location, or even the third time, I wouldn’t leave a bad review. However, the consistent failure to provide even the most simple order, left me feeling obligated to leave...
