I visited the store in Indianapolis today July 30th, around 4pm. I was looking around for 10-15 minutes, looking at clothing, listening to employees conversations while other patrons were walking around looking at clothes without being helped. Within 10 to 15 minutes, I was not greeted/welcomed asked if I needed help. I had questions though did not want to interrupt any conversations as they store employees congregated together and not helping customers. I have worked retail management in the past for 15 years, and I understand the retail world . At this Point in retail, I understand it is hard to find good people and people that will show up to work. I decided to leave, and once I left, i felt that i had to explain why. I turned back and asked for the manager. I asked one of the persons standing and chatting with fellow employees. If she was a manager and she told me she was a part of the management team. I told her that I was i. the store looking around for about 10 to 15 minutes and no one has approached me to say hello or if I need any help. She apologized and I explained to her why i was leaving due to no greeting or help with clothing. She once again apologized, then she asked if I could be help and said no thank you i’m good. I walked over to ALO was greeted and help, they helped me find two things that I bought. Though I still had question about Vuori and wanted the ponto pants and meta pants . Im traveling for work and walked in to nordstrom, found the two pants and was greeted and helped. So the plus of the story…. I bought the two Vuori pants I wanted, 3 Vuori shirts, and 2 sunday performance pants for my partner and shipped everything i didn’t have room for in my luggage. With competition increasing and two stores in the same mall with the same brand. Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly goals have an importance for KPI and bonuses. What an incredible person... she knows every single thing about the store, all its offerings, has full command of her job and does it with such love, competence, knowledge and energy! She's helped me several times and always does so with a beautiful smile... not just to me but to every customer entering the store. She solves problems and helps & teaches the others too. She remembers what I got last time and maybe what I'd need this time. Everyone in the store is so friendly and nice and the items they offer are just fabulous in terms of quality, versatility and style. When a store has employees like Sydney who do their job with passion and when they truly love their job and treat their customers like family, it's an incredible experience. Everything I've bought here for me or as gifts has been fabulous, and she has helped me find the perfect items. The quality of the apparel is outstanding (even the pickle ball racquets are!) as are the employees working here, and Sydney is the prime example and pinnacle of this. They all enjoy my daughter's puppy when I bring him in, as I do all the time, and that's very kind and comforting. I could not be more impressed by this store, its offerings as well as its stellar...
Read moreI visited Vuori for the first time last Friday, the Team here is incredible! Liv and James were so friendly and welcoming I felt like I was shopping with my best friends. All the employees here all had a smile on their face and I could tell they loved what they do. Even the lady in the fitting-room gave me honest feedback when I asked about the fits and James even came to check in. He remembered my name. Even though I was just passing through IN, on the way out I asked for a great place to eat outside the mall.
