Burlington — Local services in Indio

I received a mailer from them so went to see it for the first time today, June 5th, 2019. Yikes! Words cannot describe what an utter mess this place was! It looked like a tornado hit the inside!

Shirts and other goods were all over the floor, people were running over them with their carts, and the quality of the merchandise, which looked more like the place was going out of business rather than just opening, was very poor.

They actually had better quality at the old Zody's, Akron, and today's Target and Wal-mart!

I found a few items to purchase, and upon going up front there was a line of about 15 customers waiting to pay! I would not wait that long for the Second Coming so I left.

We will not go back to Burlington. I remember them when I visited White Plains, New York and it was a classy, clean store loaded with quality merchandise. Something has drastically changed.

Avoid this place and go to Bed, Bath and Beyond, Target...

Absolutely horrible customer service. We showed up 2 hours before closing and they wouldn’t open up either changing rooms. Then waiting in line only one person at the register while 2 lights were on . The guy in front ( Daniel) just kept looking at us but didn’t care as the line grew and grew. It had 12 customers waiting in line by the time the one register called us up. But it never seemed to phase him. You could tell no one their likes their jobs or takes pride in it. They were so rude at this store so many people were working but no one helped us or the other customers. I could hear them talk about while me and him kids were in line. They were not happy at all. But the manager on duty didn’t...

WORST 5 mins spent in a store in my life. As soon as my son and I walked in, some old dark haired lady was walking towards us and she quickly grabs her super employee ear piece and starts mumbling something probably about us. Then she stays close by keeping her eye on me. I took maybe 3 mins to choose a pair of shoes then walked to the line to pay for them. All I can feel is that lady watching me, then I see her peeking through the shelfs.. I dropped the shoes where I was standing then just walked out. How uncomfortable can shopping be? That lady was annoying enough to never want to shop there again. If there were am option for negative stars...
