Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Indio

Everytime I come to this location, whether it be by drive thru or eating inside, my food is wrong or the employees seem annoyed. The inside is always dirty. I've never been inside this location and seen it clean. There is always trash or crumbs on the tables which is confusing to me because it doesn't seem to get busy inside. There's been many times where the person taking my order will rush me or have a slight attitude. Once I tried ordering my chicken sandwhich with bacon mayo sauce, the girl walked to the back (Im assuming to let the cook know), the cook came out to look at me, they both walked to the back again, and then the cashier came to the front to tell me they dont have bacon mayo sauce. That was so stupid to me, you have a burger called the Bacon & Swiss Butteryjack WHICH LITERALLY HAS BACON MAYO SAUCE! I've worked at a Jack before, never have I ever treated customers like theyre a nauance. Save yourself the headache and dont eat here.

EDIT: I dont know why I always give this location a chance, went by this morning for quick breakfast. I asked for two sausage breakfast jacks and the lady kept asking me about breakfast wraps. I kept telling her, no, i wanted the breakfast jacks. After about 3 times of saying this, she finally understood me. I was then charged for 3 combos when I ordered two AND they had only handed me two meals!?! I also had asked for sausage breakfast jacks but got regular breakfast jacks.I obviously got my refund for the third meal the charged me for and didnt bag. Seriously, this place CAN NEVER...

Updated response rather than just leaving a star rating: Came through later at night, all I came for was one of the prepacked salads. No drink, no food to be cooked. There was one person in front of me and maybe 2 behind me. I order the salad and pull forward to see (like every location here) they are stopping the lines before they get to the window, maybe to make their wait times seem better to for the people that review the numbers. Usually this isn't a big deal to me because I'm ordering food that does need to be cooked. However this was not the case this time. I only ordered a salad. The food is done. It should be I go to the window, they grab a salad and it's done. Not only that, but I'm now waiting an especially long time in this holding spot on this visit, somewhere around 5-10 minutes due to a few people being BEHIND me. I finally get called up to the window and I pay the watch him go to the cooler, grab a salad and hand it to me, took maybe 10 seconds. No apologies for the wait and no explanation. I arrived with a friend of mine and the drive thru was busy so we decided to order inside. We went in and everyone was either making food or at the drive thru. I kind of understood this because the drive thru was so busy. But it took over a minute before someone acknowledged us and took my order. Then it took at least another 3 minutes before my friends order was taken. If you don't think that's a long time, time it yourselves.

Anyway, we stood and waited for our orders to be ready. The person who took our orders finally came to the counter again with two bags and a shake and just placed them on their side of the plexiglass but said nothing and walked away. We didn't know who those bags were for. They stayed on the counter for another 2 or 3 minutes until I walked up and a person in the back saw me and came up and said, " I think this is all yours ". She looked in the bag and then handed them to us.
