Panda Express — Restaurant in Indio

WOW REALLY? I made and order online to be ready at 12 15. I get a message while at work it was ready at 11 52. WHY? People can not just walkout of work because Panda thinks making your food almost 25 minuets early is cool. Ordered the family meal that feeds 5 I get COLD food that feeds 2. They do not fill the boxes at all. They leave you starving. They send tons of chili and soy packet enough to feed 220 people and a measly 3 teriyaki packets. I left instruction extra teriyaki not the other as it is nasty. But still got it wrong. Why are you guys making so much? Can not get the time right. Can you tell time? I mean I know school these days are bad but really? Also your egg rolls look like dog you know what. Half the size and double the price. I went to Panda in AZ I guess I will have to drive 4 hours when I want good food. Maybe call them and ask them what they are doing right. I won't be back I hope others leave there as well nasty food. If I could do no stars I would! Being someone who has once worked at a fast food industry, when a restaurant is busy and there is someone at the drive thru YOU GREET! Something along the lines of Hi welcome to __, give me one sec Ill be right with you. I didnt get that I got silence. I did make a remark to my boyfriend about it, I really don’t care if the worker heard or not lol, either way gives them no right to act a certain way towards the customer. I started ordering, obviously bothered, the lil young girl was replying very rudely, I then asked a question about the wait time on a certain product, which lil girl replied “ok anything else” or something along those lines, like maaaam I am asking a question not ordering it, I then repeated the question and got no reply. Gurl you soft let me tell you cause the way you let thay bother you, bye.

I'd like to preface this review with saying the food was good, better then some locations. My issue is unfortunately with the gentleman (my receipt says Austin) that took my order. While ordering I specifically said I wanted half fried rice and half chow main. He repeated back half white, half chow main. I corrected him saying "no not white, I dont want white. I said fried rice." He verbally made the correction and went on with the order. Upon receiving my food it appeared correct until I took a spoonful of rice and noted that under a sprinkling of fried rice and chow mein was nothing but white rice. I called back, clearly irritated that my order was like this, and the same gentleman answered.
