WORST BIRTHDAY DINNER!! We are local drove from Palm Springs to Indio but husband wanted steak . He wanted Outback Steakhouse or yard house . I said no let’s go to Texas Roadhouse it was good first time we ever went . Let you know first time they just opened it was super packed but still was a good experience and food good this time was ssooo different !!! The hostess girls in the entrance super nice we got there around 5:30-6 Walked us let her know this was my kids first time she said nice I’ll let waiter know . We ordered drink and appetizer got the food all good but no napkins no utensils at all ! There was a server giving food next table I asked hey can I have some napkins please not even utensils some napkins because we had food and greasy hands . He said oh yea ok he was a bigger guy and never came back and he kept coming back to the table he was Assisting but walking through the other side to not pass out table I was like really . A girl walked by and I asked again she immediately said yes and got them for me u guys have them like corners if I would’ve known I would’ve got them my self like 3 tables down . So then my kids complain their teas taste weird I told them stop and drink pot my husband tried then they got unsweetened when I said raspberry and clearly in the recipe it said raspberry teas The waitress was super nice just not to the point of providing the things I asked for steak sauce for napkins for utensils to actually eat our food jaja. But ok My husband was so upset he’s like we should’ve went to outback or yardhouse blaming me for wanting to drive all way down here for this service .. don’t get me wrong food no complain just service a lot of the workers get in groups and just chat and chat .. well we usually leave a $20-$25 tip when we eat with fam but sadly yesterday I left about $5 … I wanted to talk to a manager but knowing how service was and they were just talking and hanging around in groups I said probably manager lets it slide like this … idk not asking much just provide the things needed for someone to dine in in peace and...

Host didn't inquire as to booth or table. When asked she made our party wait standing at the table while she went to check. No rolls or butter delivered to the table as seated finally with no explanation. Server Sarah was sweet & engaging. Took the order suggesting to one of the guests to order the 4 rib appetizer with a baked potatoe for her entrée since she couldn't eat to much food. I had to flag down Assistant Manager (woman) & servers to try to get bread drink refills an extra plate at which absolutely NONE of them followed through with providing the service they had promised to take care of especially the Asst. Manager (woman blue shirt). Our guest who ordered the appetizer as her entrée dinner recieved her meal as my husband recieved his salad with the wrong dressing etc. 45 minutes later our food came to the table as I was speaking with the Ass. Manager telling us it was because it was an appetizer and not entered as an entrée so it was the servers fault. She rudely snatched the ticket from the person delivering our food and VERY reluctantly stated it was put in the computer correctly by our server as an entrée, also done without any apologies or remorse for any of the catastrophes that happened during our dinner. And didn't bring an extra plate. Absolutely no customer service what so ever except the server who was being run ragged. This is our second visit to this particular restaurant with problems. First time nothing was cooked properly to order to the point that none of us could eat and we left. Though my husband said the Chilli was delicious & the male Manager was quite a gentleman with his apologies & such. So we decided to give you the second try to which I must say it was much worse than the first time. We have tried the one in Moreno Valley to which we were absolutely delighted with everything. The Manager came to our table and we sang our praises for the...

Went at 7pm for 11th anniversary. Told a 20 minute wait and hostess asked if any special occasion, which I replied it was our 11th wedding anniversary. 30 minutes later, we're called to go stand in a staging lane by the wall. Another 20 minutes and we're watching people just go by. They gave away our table. When asked, they stated we were already seated. We Should've left. Problem after problem continued. They rushed to seat us, likely didn't clean booth well considering my wife found the last person's receipt, paid at 7:30pm, keep in mind we were standing and waiting to be seated at 7:30. We ordered a little after 8, maybe 10 after. Got appetizer within about 15 minutes, food didn't show up till around 9. My wife ordered well done Ribeye with ribs, I ordered 28oz porterhouse (what I got was maybe half that) medium. Well, they screwed that up as well. They nuked my steak and left my wife's undercooked. Both were lukewarm. Not only that, I ordered a chili side that they brought out so cold you'd think it was dip. The only part of my meal that was hot was the center of my baked potato considering they'll stay hot for an hour after they come out of the oven. $100 check almost for the worst service and worst cooked food I've ever had. I love Texas Roadhouse but this location doesn't live up to it's standards. There are several other locations within 50 miles, take the drive. I'll never go to this one again. Attached is the photo of whoever's receipt my wife found. Funny how it asks you adjust your tip for "Legendary Service". Considering everything, my tip was zero for the Legendary BAD Service. All around us the staff were celebrating birthdays and other events yet not one staff wished us a happy anniversary or anything either, even though the hostess specifically asked, I'm assuming for the...

Let me start by saying that our server was amazing!!! Her name is Martha, she gave us excellent service. Anytime one goes to these places, we already expect to spend money because it's should not be your typical fast food place. But it seems that more and more places like these and others just want you to accept the food as it's served with low expectations. We as customers are willing to spend the money because we expect quality and to be delighted or at least have a good meal. But more and more, it's disappointing. The young flee of waitresses and hosts were eating and more corncerned about their weekend than customers. The cooks were laughing and joking around, not paying attention to their food preparation. We ordered an onion blossom, and it was good but too salty. Maybe the batter was old; given that it was sunday. I ordered my steak medium well, I got the steak that is left on the fire forgotten and dried as liver. The shrimp were drowning in butter, and were not fully cooked. My wife's hamburger, which was supposed to be well done, was medium rare; it was still cold and red. Martha offered to have both redone, but it was past 10, and after all that, we didn't feel like waiting any longer. My sides were the better part of my meal, my loaded baked potato, and my ceaser salad. I hope places like this understand that it takes more to go out and spend the money given the high prices, which should be even more of a reason to ensure we as customers are having a good meal and experience. I saw plenty of customers walking away feeling they've been cheated. I know they can do better, and I know that if they care for the customer, they will. Just served me the food you promised and give me my money's worth. I spent close to $80, and what I got was not worth half of that.
