So disappointed with what will my last time. When they opened I was soooooo excited and it was bountiful and good. Since thenfood has dropped in quality. The time before this most recent trip I stopped in late afternoon and ordered #3 protein plate which is chicken katsu and teriyaki chicken.It wasn't until I got home that I saw the chicken katsu really didn't have any chicken in it and it was mostly fried batter. I gave them a pass as it was late in the day etc...Today, before leaving the drive thru I checked. I passed the box back to the gal explaining that chicken katsu has to have chicken in it. She checked it out and decided to just give me a side of katsu chicken. I thanked her and apologized for being a bother. I of course pulled over to "see the difference " and there was none. went for the first time today with my boyfriend and we both had very different experiences with the food. my boyfriend did not have a great experience multiple pieces of his chicken katsu were like black (where the meat is not the crust) and the chicken was very spongy for him and that grossed him out, he also didn’t like the macs taste and the veggies were alright. me on the other hand had a better experience i got a bbq & katsu mix ( i didn’t like the bbq chicken or beef but the chicken katsu was pretty good) i liked the mac and didn’t eat the veggies the rice was good nothing special. if i were to go back i would only get the chicken katsu and mac and rice. my boyfriend will never be back because of his experience.

Seen this place when it was under construction and have been excited for it to be open. That happened to be today, that I drove through their drive- thru. Was fairly quick, knowing that they are close to being a new establishment opened. Everything on the menu sounded delicious. Ordered my food and I'm not quite sure how many days or weeks this place has been opened but the black lady in the window already seemed to hate her job. Absolutely no greet ,sour face sounded robotic. I don't expect perfect service but damn look alive mam' when your at the window otherwise find another job that has less interaction with people.
