Many of the other tenants, myself included, have had mold in our "newly renovated" units. Some worse than others. The mold in my unit affected my asthma severely. They only half attempted to clean up their mess when they repaired my unit and left grimy patches on my floors.

Management has no problem lying to you when you ask direct questions and refuse to answer your emails and requests, especially regarding who was in your unit to do repairs. Even when they know exactly who was there and you provide proof. The "maintenence guys" also keep tabs on when you are and aren't at your apartment. That's very suspicious, especially if you're a woman.

I highly recommend you look elsewhere. The mold and lies are not worth the price. Neither is your sense of safety with their suspicious repairmen always lurking around and keeping tabs on the women that live there.

They also try to gaslight their tenants who have issues and deny any wrongdoing. I am not the only Tennant with mold and there are many other units that have has that...

Great place to live no complaints very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and parks are within walking distance. Maintenance is doing an awesome job on keeping the property very clean and safe. Also well lit at night new appliances and everything is practically brand new, laundry area on site, big courtyard for outdoor living and bbq pits are allowed, pet friendly and management is always there when needed or a phone call away and will always help. Great place to live 👍 everyone here is quiet and I have no complaints whatsoever! The property manager makes sure when there is any kind of issue it is taken care of right away and Makes you feel welcomed and at home. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home . Everything is convenient and close by HEB walking distance gas station and liquor store right across the street...
