I made a small order, Nothing big just a medium pizza and 16 boneless wings. I ordered this 5 minutes before the area opened here in Ingleside on highway 361. I walked in because they said on the phone that it was going to take 13 mins. I got here and there were only 2 people working, I was told that it wasn't even made yet. Than I told him that I called 20 minutes ago and was told that they were making 300 dollars worth of pizza and that was going to work on my order when they were done. He looked totally over worked and stressed out. So I was told that I had to wait. So just to let everyone know that if you want your pizza on time, Order 300 dollars worth of pizza. Thats the only way to get it one time.
UPDATE !! I was told to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I decided to wait 30 just to make sure that it was done, I walked in totally ignored by the possibility the manager. Didn't even acknowledg me or give me an update so I waited 10 more minutes and just walked out. I got back Online and told them that I did not receive my order and at the person up in front was and even given me any kind of update so I'm no longer going to the Ingleside Pizza Hut even though I live here I'm only going to order from Aransas Pass so whoever reads this please don't go to the Pizza Hut and Ingleside you just...

They should provide an accurate delivery status (I waited an additional 30 minutes after I received the text-prompt of "your order is out for delivery"). Had I known that the wait time was set for 60-75mins prior to the my order being placed instead of after my order was placed I would have looked into other food options instead of spending $60 for pizza that was warm (not freshly hot) and making the kids wait for food. I understand there's a shortage of employees since no one wants to really work, but they should at least give a personal call to inform you of the status and provide an alternative. I arrived and waited in line for 15 minutes after the app informed me my order is ready. When I got to the window it took over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there.
