Horrible year that I lived there. I waited 6 months for my refrigerator that didn’t work at all to be replaced. So 6 months with no refrigerator. 8 months with no microwave. It took 8 months to get me a new microwave then they installed it in the wrong apartment. So I had to wait another month. I had to make 2 police reports about child abuse in the apartment next to me. I complained to Denise Ross the apartment manager twice and she said there was nothing she could do. No help. I felt extremely unsafe living there to the point I was scared to stay there the last two months. I asked Denise if I could leave a month early and she told me to just not pay my rent and she would keep my deposit but for me not to tell anyone so that’s what I did. Then she started backtracking telling me that she would not get her Christmas bonus because of me. Then proceeded to tell me she took a huge pay cut to come work at seaside landing. Like that had anything to do with me. She proceeded to bug me and text and call me the entire month of December when my move out date was December 30th. Wouldn’t leave me alone. Oh also my car got hit and vandalized while living there but when I parked literally an inch on the white line the stuck a huge green sticker on my car which would not come off and threatened to have my car towed. Moving out all dumpster were overflowing and had no where to throw anything away. Being out of money I had to abandon a lot of my things. I’m sorry about leaving things in the apartment but I had no choice. Awful horrible experience for my first apartment living. Oh and Denise had to gall to tell me just to have my boyfriend take care of everything. I’m sorry but she has never met my boyfriend and has had no place to say anything like that. I’ve been here since March, and am still waiting on the apt. to be made ‘move in ready’. The apt. At move in was dirty, several broken items, including a toilet seat hanging off. Stove and oven are not regulated, stove top burners are not secure and pans slide off, oven flames up and smokes . Microwave door is cracked, bedroom doors do not close properly or stay open. Front door has gap that allow air and cigarette smoke from neighbor smoking in breezeway. No key to patio door. Property is littered with dog fesses because residents don’t pick up after their pets. Many residents have more than the allowed number. Perhaps the management could consider putting a designated dog area with ‘poop bags in a designated area. Overall, complex is satisfactory and new management is trying to fix things, but maintenance crew is not doing a good job and attempts to take short cuts and is not completed in timely manner. Pool has a number of non-residents drive up and use pool, access gate is easy to open with pocket knife. Numerous scars and scuffed paint areas. The inventory sheet was still in the apartment untouched upon move in. Carpet is frayed and has a couple bald spots from previous tenants . Denise and Emilee are working hard to make the complex better but need resources and should have a meet and greet so the residents can become acquainted with them and gain the respect and assurance that they are here to...

Do not lease from this property. They overcharge for water utilities and give you the run around when you have questions. They have been charging me for 6900 gallons of water per month. I read and take pictures of the meter each month and on average I only use about 1800 gallons per month or 55 gallons per day. When questioning this, I get the run around from management. Also, when you have a noise complaint, they do nothing to help you. After calling on 2 occasions, they told me to just call the police. Unbelievable!!! For quite some time, they have been having sewer problems and can't seem to get it fixed. After your lease is up and you need to go month to month for awhile they increase your rent EVERY month.
