Mania.Cards — Local services in Inglewood

My first and last visit to this place was Friday, March 15th. My 8yr old son is an avid Pokémon collector and I wanted to take him to a card shop for the first time. He found a few individual cards that he wanted and we purchased, we also purchase 3 packs of cards and 1 of the packs was already open and attempted to be resealed with cards inside that weren’t supposed to be in that particular pack. Not sure if this is regular practice at this shop or that was an accident, but it’s left a very bad impression on my son’s experience and burning frustration with me. I wanted to go back and confront the store employee, it just wasn’t worth it by the time we found out. I took him to another shop today, the 16th to make up for this and it was a much better experience for him. Mania Cards is very unorganized and heavily cluttered as well. Proceed...

4/9/25 stopped by @1:58pm during business hours and they were closed. Someone passing by suggested I give them a call if because sometimes they're doing something in the back but call went straight to voicemail. Checked the other reviews a lot of them also said closed during business hours. Update: 4/14/25 I really wanted to give this shop a chance since I heard they had good things so I stopped by again today and they were open! I specifically went looking for Pokemon cards but they did have sports cards, Yu-Gi-Oh and One piece cards as well. They had a variety of Pokemon ETB boxes that I hadn't seen before at forfair prices so I grabbed a few along with some individual cards. This is an awesome spot, to give you a feel of it. It gives off a Big Bang Theory Comic book store. Except they deal a lot of cards (Sports, Pokémon, etc). I walked in yesterday with my son and I’m glad we did. The staff were really great, as a Funkopop collector this is a small hidden gold mine.

Lots of amazing opportunities here, I walked in empty handed and walked out with 3 bags. All funkos were at reasonable price. I would encourage you all to some and scope them out.
